Great for volleyball
My daughter prefers these padded sleeves for Volleyball because she can slide across the floor without getting floor burns. The fabric does burn through sometimes. Wish the fabric was a little heavier or more abrasion resistant for that purpose.

Really like these pair of elbow pads. They are really comfortable and well built, they can protect the elbows and forearms, but also keeps them warm so I don't have to worry about falling and hurting myself.
