Good quality, lay flat cabling as described, and decent value as well
OK, long story short (or should I say tl;dr to be on trend?) my PlayStation 4 Pro decided it wasn't going to play ball on the Wi-Fi connectivity front after a few years of having no problems at all. The usual workarounds didn't, and not wanting to be bothered by the inconvenience of a factory reset or version thereof that loses my save data, I opted for the cable connect solution instead. Unfortunately, this mean laying some Cat5 cable across the living room floor which, oddly enough, my better half found to be an inconvenience. Flat Cat7 was the answer, which can be rolled out as needed and creates less of a trip hazard for those family members mad enough to think that household life continues as normal when I am transported back to Ancient Greece while playing Assassin's Creed Odyssey.
