Best techie toy I’ve seen
This is a great gift for a tech-friendly person. Father’s Day, I’m looking at you. Or you can splurge for yourself.I’ve had it for a couple days and it’s fun! It will be the type of toy that I show off to my friends.I rated it 5 stars because it’s technologically advanced and good enough to be good. But it reminds me of first generation robot vacuums - works as advertised but still needs work.1. The ball is attractively designed and my puppy hasn’t destroyed it (yet). But I shudder every time he sinks his teeth into it. It’s expensive enough that I will be annoyed if it doesn’t last. Time will tell. It needs to have a replaceable exterior.2. The auto-play function is cleverly designed. The bone taunts mercilessly and hilariously. But there are 10-15 second gaps in between movements which caused my border collie to lose interest. It needs multiple auto-play scenarios, like workout machines, so that you can play the one that your dog likes. You can adjust the activity-level settings, but that doesn’t do enough.3. It’s best in manual play, what a blast! The preset command buttons, such as spin, are easy to use and effective. But the joystick was unintuitive and a bit frustrating to me - perhaps a joystick gamer would be better at it. And how the heck am I supposed to know which way the bone considers “forward” vs “backward”?!?4. It’s much better on hard surfaces. It kinda works on my low-pile rugs, but not as well and struggles to transition between surface types.5. The battery isn’t very good. You need to recharge it after every play session. Yes, you will forget and it will be dead when you want to use it. Of course, battery life is a problem for everything with batteries, so welcome to the club, wickedbone.

Bad Connectivity and Short Battery Life
I got this bone this week only a few days ago. It looses connectivity and the battery drops to half after just a few minutes. Once it looses connectivity you need to plug it back in again to connect it and the micro USB port cover is a pain to remove. Sadly I wouldn’t recommend

Buy this if you own a small dog. Medium and Large pet owners need not purchase.
I’m going to give an honest review,This toy is poorly advertised. This is clearly for small sized dogs. I’m going to give it to my folks who own a little westy. The bad and ugly1. The durability.does not require “super” biters like the disclaimer warns. It requires the dog to be low-baring and with a small bite force. This product would not last with medium sized dogs or puppies of larger breeds. I should have read the reviews because they are dead right. My german shepherd only played with it for five minutes... and I officially had to stop her from crunching it to pieces. I could already hear the cracking of the plastic. Any dog toy company worth their salt in dog toys knows darn well to use hardened rubber to claim durability.2. The cost.while I’m not a fan of how expensive this is, I bought it on sale and therefore can say with full disclosure... it’s not worth it’s price. The tech is nice, but it’s a simple remote control function with preset commands that make it move and do tricks... maybe $50 is where the worth is. I wasn’t happy about the demand for the app, for $70 + $100+ the damn thing could have came with it’s own control panel. But here we are...3. It’s accessory option. The wheels were not intuitive to remove and I almost broke the thing with just my hands trying to remove them. Whoever designed the lock needs to add instructions on how to remove it... i’m still too afraid to pull it apart. And that’s the worst of it.The goodThe toy itself is clearly designed for smaller animals, the writing is all over the wall in how they advertised with showing a passive retriever and pups or tiny tea cup animals... they’re clearly trying to avoid negative reviews from bigger dog owners. The demographic intended is clearly SMALL DOGS. They just don’t want to exclude the sales of larger dog owners. We were duped ladies and gents... :/But besides that, the toy works perfectly. Your little tiny accessory animal can now even be more responsibility free as this thing literally has an automatic mode that plays with your dog for you. With no risk to the product being broken, it is money well spent for you!Final say. This is clearly a prototype trying to be sold as an official release... the design is simple and the price is clearly to motivate a second product to succeed this one. Save your money and demand better from this company.

Dog loves it!
The media could not be loaded. My dog loves this toy. I got this one and the ball from the same company for Christmas, and he picks this one over the ball every time! I charged it and pulled it off the charger/put it back four times when I got it as the instructions said to activate it, and it has worked perfectly! The app only seems to work when you are close which is the only negative I see since I can’t leave it for them to play when I’m gone like I can with the ball. Super fun though since I can control the bone movements! I would have given 5 stars but the product had a couple bite marks on it when I got it and was used. My dog absolutely goes crazy for this toy when it turns on though so I HAD to keep it!! :)
