Great product but will not work on metal sinks
Great looking and heavy duty faucet. Got 3 of these for our kitchen. One was leaking slightly from handle, but support was great and they sent us a replacement. One important thing to know: these faucets cannot be installed when the surface is thinner than 1/4” (like when the faucet goes in a metal sink). I had to create a metal ring of the same diameter of the hole in the sink to get this to fit properly.

Great faucet with pretty good water pressure in sprayer mode.
Thought I would write about this faucet, after I asked questions in regards to the water pressure. I am happy to report that the pressure is decent. I don't think it is quite as strong as my old sprayer, but it is really close. The installation was easy, but the hot and cold water connections were about 6 inches too short, which means I had to spend another $16 on parts to extend the connections. I don't think this would be a problem if your connections are on the back wall, but mine are not, they are located at the bottom, so they are slightly too short. Also, the way it holds the faucet is a little wonky. It is just a piece of plastic with a metal nut built into the plastic that you hand tighten and then have to try to get a monkey wrench in to tighten. It was loose, but with enough force on the monkey wrench, I was able to really get it tight. The problem was that I cracked the plastic, but that shouldn't affect the metal nut that is holding it in place. There are better nuts that you can use, one of which is a metal nut that you screw onto it until tight, then use a screwdriver on two screws to get an even tighter clamp. I did get one of these and will keep as a safeguard just in case it ever gets loose. With all of that said, it is a beautiful faucet and works very well. We are happy with the inexpensive price and overall quality of the unit. If it lasts us 3-5 years, it will be a great faucet.

Nice product!
I was fortunate enough to get this soap dispenser with a faucet of the same brand, so they match well. The dispenser feels heavy duty and looks nice. Installation was pretty easy.

Great value. Simply construction. We are very pleased.
Wasn't sure this faucet would hold up to the standards of more expensive models. It did and does. We love it. Installation was as easy as any sink faucet and features on/off at the spray head as well as the handle. Only post-installation adjustment we made was to move the under sink counter weight so that the flex hose would retract easily and without assistance.

Beautiful, affordable, and worth it
I love it!! My husband installed it a few nights ago, it took about 20-30 minutes to take oit the old one and put this one in. It works perfectly, and has no leaks. The product is very sturdy and not cheaply made. I returned a $250 one and bought this at around $60 and I am glad I did.

Inexpensive and good good!!
Moen and Delta need to up their game to compete on price, and fit and finish, with this faucet. This is an extremely well made faucet, if the valve core lasts any length of time, before needing replacement, then that will be an added bonus. About ⅓ or even ¼ of the cost of name brands and better.Made our day. Thanks jb

Not quite up to Commercial Standards
This unit looks good like most of the clones out there. There are so many nearly identical models under different names on Amazon that it makes you wonder who is actually making these. I still don't know. But here is what I learned in person that I didn't know before I installed it.1) Supply hoses look fine, not as high grade as what you buy at home center but I'm not worried enough to swap them, which in any case seem proprietary. Nothing leaks as of now.2) Implementation of connections and function are generally clever and unit works as designed.3) Push button is a momentary button that requires your hand to remain on it, unlike the expensive ones that pause until you touch to release. I wish this was a push and hold, push and release design, but it is not. You need to keep a firm grip on he button as you pull or you get wet.4) The spray head is super lightweight. It will not be confused with a Moen or Kohler, ever. Its 90% plastic but barely snaps fully back into place even with the heavy weight on the bottom carefully placed.5) The buttons too are light plastic. They work but the action and materials are very light. Again these will not be confused with commercial or American fixtures despite the name of this item. Expect that.6) The hoses are small diameter and result in a pressure magnification over other faucets I have installed. The upside is that they blast food from plates quickly. The downside is the water controls need very careful application of water flow to keep the head from blasting water everywhere. Keep this in mind. You will need to recalibrate your habits if you are accustomed to the big heavy contractor installed models you paid hundreds of dollars to own.7) The long tall neck of the faucet means that any play in the bushing that permits its turning is exaggerated and in mine there is a bit of wobble as you touch and move it. This is due to internal tolerances I cannot change and which betray its quality looks as soon as you move it back and forth with your hand.8) And the nut to lock it down to the surface is a plastic hand nut without hex flats for tools but with metal threads. I could not tighten this tightly enough to keep the faucet from turning when I attempt move it back and forth from the topside. If I choose to keep it I will likely need to use adhesive to hold the assembly for a permanent installation. So that's what I learned with this one. Enjoy.
