Bad power supply
It died after 1 week of use. This is the 5th one I bought because the power supply keeps dying. The camera is still working but the power supply sucks.

Doesn't work with SDXC memory cards, does work with SDHC
A family member got this as a free reward for something, and he didn't want it so he gave it to me. When I first tried to put a memory card into it, the camera wouldn't recognize the card. I decided to try a different memory card, and it worked. I noticed that the card that didn't work was SDXC and the one that did was SDHC. The working card was too small and belonged to my child, so I ordered in a larger SDHC card for the camera, and it did work. (I don't know if brand matters, but the SDXC that didn't work was Samsung, and the SDHCs that did work were SanDisk.)I haven't actually been able to use this camera yet, because while I was waiting for the new memory card to arrive, I accidentally snapped the arm that attaches the camera to the suction mount. I had the camera in my pocket, and I was lifting my toddler out of the car. His leg wasn't coming around me right, and I was wondering what it was stuck on, until SNAP, and then I remembered I had the camera in my pocket.I wasn't pulling that hard or anything, so I think it's a testament to the (lack of) quality of this product that it snapped so easily. However, under normal use, mounted inside of a car, it probably would have held up (as long as your children don't come and yank on it).I tried Krazy-gluing it, as I usually do with broken plastic things, but it didn't hold. It seemed to hold at first, but when I tried to swivel the camera around a bit, it broke again. I think I'll be gluing it again, and trying to be gentle, but if that doesn't hold, the camera is going into the trash and I'll get another one that I ordered on Amazon for $30 and is great. In the time I had the camera powered on and was checking it out, it seemed pretty decent, like your typical low-end dashcam. With an SDHC card, it recorded video, and the video was ok quality. The buttons on the camera weren't working right at first, but after a little bit of use (mashing on them?), they started working. It does seem like the menu is mislabeled too. The buttons it seems to be telling me to press to go forward and backward between levels of the menu don't seem to be what you actually push. But I tried some other buttons, that are intuitive, and those work. So, the camera does seem to work just fine, it's just quirky.Seeing as you can't buy this camera on here anyway, you're probably only looking at this because you're thinking of acquiring it from somewhere else. But, if you want to buy on Amazon, and you want something better, I recommend the other dash cam I actually paid for: https://www.amazon.com/Dashboard-170%C2%B0Wide-Recording-Detection-Excellent/dp/B07FTB8HGQ/

Underrated
If this product costed $60+ I probably would not have given it 5 stars. You get what you pay for, and it works.Don't expect high quality video and it is a little difficult to set up, but once you do, it works just fine.

Junk.
Junk. You get what you pay for. It only worked about a week.

Not worth it
Both dashcam rechargeable batteries were stone dead and won't charge. Otherwise they work ok.

Wrong Charging Cord
Husband got this for free in a Casino. The charging cord to charge it in the house does not even fit into the slot for it on the camera. Can charge now only with the cigarette lighter adapter in the car. Glad it was free. Easy to just throw away

Slimline Dash Cam
The product will not stay charged. I charge it, go to put it in the car and it records about 2 minutes and turns off.
