It works effortlessly with the amazon echo... The app has a problem with first time sync with the device... Struggled for an hour to set it up... the Blinking lights should be as per the guide... So you'll have to reset it again and again to make the light in the correct manner. So please dont return thr product if its not connecting... have patience.. try ios or other android... make sure you are using the correct version of the app... scan through the QR code on guide.Once setup... the device is so easy to use and quick.... my AC, TV , TATA SKY... everything works perfectly with the device... no range problem... Use with Alexa and it just blows your mind off... just ask to switch on AC... Change Temp...Change TV Channel... you can set timer through app and also set diffrent temp of AC at diffrent time in night... you can switch on the ac from any part of the world!Basically you will wow your guest and may be freak them out....I tried to get the system installed from a IT company... Quoted me 4k-8k.

The product works great..Very easy to configure. I use it to control my AC, TV, Tata Sky, and it's set up and working fine with Alexa. It just needs to add support on the mobile app for some older devices, and also be able to create custom remotes...The timer function is also great, for controlling devices in a remote house on a regular schedule.

The selection device is Chinese . their is full access to setopbox like tatasky. You can't change channel like channel number xxx by voice. After saving channel their is no way to change channel by voice. There is no section for home theatre so that you can add and control. Even ac like Hitachi not working with this device . if you add customize remote by recording it will not work with voice assistance. By so it not worth to buy

Fairly simple to integrate. Works like a charm as long as it has clear line of sight to the appliance. I only use it for my tv and ACs. Works well with Alexa and easy to set a routine so that my ACs are switched on before I reach home.Overall for the price I would highly recommend it for automation and retrofit in an old as well as new home.

Very useful product, this allows all the IR remotes but not RF remote so 4 out of 5. This is an universal remote which works with alexa but some times alexa cannot get the commands, it's very easy to setup in the app but not on alexa.

Honestly I was in two mind to buy this product as it has mixed reviews. But after ordering one for myself, I would give this product 4.5 why .5 less as it could be little lower on priced as more people can afford this. Over all experience for me is great . Very easy to use , was connected at first go. Only Alexa lamp I could not connect which tp-link product as it is not updated . Rest all working super
