So good!
They spoiled rather quickly with mold, but the only reason we found that was because we bought a bunch of them and had a few linger for an extra few weeks. They are super delicious!

Delicious, totally delicious
I bought this to go into a bean, sausage and kale soup and found myself nibbling away at it so much that I was fearful there wouldn't be enough left for the soup. I'm reordering asap.

These are the greatest!
I've become addicted to these as snacks. They're pretty pricey to eat on a regular basis -- and probably not very healthy -- but I like to think they have less calories than potatoe chips

EXPIRED PRODUCT!
Original review: Best option from Palacio's. You can feel the meat and the fat! Simply delicious! We've bought several times. Updated review 12.23.2022: I ordered because I've bought the Iberico before and the product had never disappointed me, but the chorizo I received today is expired, and it's unacceptable, because it isn't returnable.
