Just buy it!
I love this stool so much! I’d gotten one a while back to use in the salon and it saved my back especially during pregnancy! Once I went on maternity leave I took it home and used it while cooking, doing the dishes, mopping.. now I’m using it postpartum for the same things as my body heals. It’s been a life saver! Had to buy another one because my husband broke my original one lol! He put his full weight on it while it was tilted and he bent the leg. User error for sure! Nice wide seat. More cushion than other stools I’ve used in the salon. Wheels roll nicely. I had my other one for years and it was still good as new. Material feels nice and good quality. Extremely easy to put together.

I'm a hygienist and use this as a working chair. It's surprisingly comfortable and ergonomic. Dont know how long it will last, but so far so good.

Must buy!
This is everything I knew it would be and better. Feels like you're sitting on the floor without being on the floor. Iykyk. It forces you to sit in correct posture. I use this for work at my desk. It was very easy to assemble, took less than 3 minutes. Came with manual. Glides across carpet with ease. If you're thinking about this, buy it. You won't be disappointed!

Not exactly what I wanted but it was good enough
Since an order for a different stool didn't make it to me, I had to find a backup. This was a little more challenging as I needed it to be delivered by a certain time. This was the closest 1 I could find. The seat is much bigger than I thought. I thought the front of the saddle would taper more than it does. I'm tall and slim (6'1" & 185lbs) and my butt fits just fine on this seat. I wouldn't mind it being a little more narrow both in the back and front. The base came assembled so putting it together was a 2 minute affair. The hardest part of putting it together was cutting off all the protective wrap. Otherwise, wheels were already on and the piston just sat in the hole on the base, remove the piston cap and place the seat on it. It rolls around pretty well and it's pretty light. I believe the description says about 12 lbs. The wheels are not the roller blade type wheels I've seen on many chairs. This one has more the wheels I've seen on most of the rolling computer chairs. I really like how narrow the base is. Having bad knees and doing a job that requires me to do a lot of standing, the narrow base is really nice to allow people to get around me more easily. Compared to the stool I wanted, this is advertised at a max height of 30 inches. For a person of my height, that's a little low. But it's what I had to do. The other chair I wanted was advertised at 32 inches. I think that would be much more appropriate for me. I'm only a day into this chair so I still have some things to figure out about it... Mainly, the best way to sit on it. Yes, it's just sitting but leg position matters as does where you sit on the chair. It's meant for you to sit more upright but I think because of the height of the chair, it doesn't quite do it for me.

Price Went Up, Quality Went Down — Broke After Only 6 Months
I am extremely disappointed with the quality of this chair. After only six months of use, the chair broke and resulted in one of my employees being injured. I will not be purchasing this chair again. What makes this even more frustrating is that this was not my first time buying this exact chair. I purchased the same chair about three years ago, and that original chair is still in use today. It was clearly made with much better materials and was a much higher-quality product. Because I had such a good experience with the original chair, I recently purchased two more for my employees. As soon as they arrived, I immediately noticed a major difference in quality. The original chair had a nicer faux-leather material, better cushioning, and an overall sturdier feel. The newer chairs are covered in a much cheaper-feeling material, and even the shape and cushioning of the seat are noticeably different. I completely understand that inflation happens and that prices increase over time. However, seeing the price go up while the quality goes down is ridiculous. If I am paying more for the same product I purchased three years ago, I certainly don't expect to receive something that feels noticeably cheaper and less durable. I was disappointed from the beginning that the product had changed so much, but I certainly did not expect one of the chairs to completely fail after only six months. I am not normally someone who leaves negative reviews, but the decline in quality from the chair I purchased three years ago to the ones being sold now is significant. After having one break and cause an injury, I cannot recommend this product. Please be careful if you purchase this chair. I will be investing in a better-quality saddle seat chair going forward.

Yee-haw
You have to give this cowboy seat a little time. It will be a bit uncomfortable at first - kind of like a bicycle seat when you haven't ridden for a while. I got it to improve my posture, which it definitely does if you keep your feet apart (like a saddle) and flat on the floor. Be sure to adjust properly so your legs are not at a 90 degree angle (as with most regular chairs). There are plenty of videos to show you how to sit properly on these. The great thing is that when I start getting a little sore (bike seat sore), it makes me stand up and walk around a bit to ease the pressure. I'm still getting used to it, but I think it is great for posture and also helps to keep you moving if you work from home. It's better not to be so comfortable in a chair that you forget to stand up and stretch your legs. I am very pleased with the saddle so far. I am short (5'2) and I am able to sit on it without any issues. Note: The seat is much bigger than I expected, but it is fine - pretty good cushion and arrived without stains, etc. I got the dark brown color and it's very nice!

IMMEDIATE SIGH OF RELIEF!!! Wow.
So for context.... I've been using this amazing stand up desk from UpLift* for 6-8 months now. I love it. But I got their Starling Stool along with it and it *screwed* *my* *body* *up* *BAD*. ***THUS I wish I'd found this stool much much sooner.*** A friend of mine - in fact my current neighbor - has a stool that resembles this one. Who knows if it's the same brand - this is one of those random sources from China. But! No problem! It's funny how sometimes the out-there Amazon finds beat out the "trusted name brands" by a long shot. Not to bash UpLift - they make tons of great products; I absolutely LOVE my standing desk; and granted, that stool *was* one of their cheaper options. But wow. I pulled this stool out the box, assembled it in *under 90 seconds*, and BAM. I'm in heaven. Already feel my lower back muscles (typically live-wire don't-even-feel-it-anymore level of extreme tension) releasing, and the pain in my tailbone and SITS bones melting away. My spine is straight and things are literally re-adjusting throughout my body. As I write, I've heard a series of little pops and clicks. I'm not being dramatic. Disclaimer - I have some misalignment issues in my body that tend to self-correct often anyways; this stool just seems to be supporting the healing process, rather than extending it. Thank you people-who-made-this-stool. You're a life changer.

Comoda y barata

Incredibly solid, effective chair
This chair is the best thing I've added to my workstation, ever. I've worked at a desk for years and I've made it my mission this last year to find a chair that doesn't aggravate my lower back and hips. I've tried the expensive ergonomic chair, a kneeling chair and even opted for a simple stool which, because of its inevitable discomfort, would force me to get up frequently. Then this chair. The evening of the first day I used it, my back and hips were actually more relaxed at the end of the day, than the morning. The added bonus, is the longer lasting corrective influence it has on posture. I've noticed that when I'm walking around, sit in my car or on regular chairs, my posture is correct by default, which was a surprising plus. It's very sturdy and the wheels roll effortlessly and plenty of cushioning. Quick delivery and easy to put together (less than 2 minutes). It's perfect for a stand up desk, too. You can make whatever minute adjustments you need to between the desk and chair for perfect alignment. I've read that it can take some time for folks to get used to this chair and I encourage everyone to give it some time. I ride horses so the sitting position is familiar to me, but I'm confident that if the sitting position feels awkward with consistent and gradual use it'll feel 'normal'. Can't say enough good things about this chair and the positive changes I'm seeing within a day of using it. Bottom line, at the end of the work day I don't feel like I've been sitting all day. Thank you!
