In my pursuit to be a Flight Attendant I was desperate to find precisely information about the whole hiring process, and thanks to this wonderful book, I learned pretty much all the little and big thing I should know for the interviews and everything. Sad that the company I was applying for did not hire me, but I still learned a lot more with this book. I strongly recommend this book to anyone who is planning to applying for any Airlines.

Excellent book for anyone seeking a career in customer service, and especially for prospective Flight Attendants. Carrie Loren has compiled a really interesting and useful handbook.
