Mann Filter C 31 196 Air Filter

This Mann filter is exact fit in 2008 LR3 airbox. Hardest part is that for every new filter, it seems there is one more original screw holding the airbox shut so rusted it is hard to remove. Used a small grinder to cut grooves for flat screwdriver to remove old. Replaced with #10 1" stainless sheet metal screw. The plastic socket in lower airbox for a previously replaced screw was stripped, so used 1.25" #10 there. The holes in lower airbox are deep for screws and this worked. Just go easy because it's plastic.

I was surprised the Amazon "will fit this vehicle" selector got it right. I still verified the part number from other sites to confirm. It seems of decent quality and it fit perfectly in the air box without much protest. I won't be able to vouch for it's sustainability since I will simply use this filter to bridge me for 3 days at a time while my K&N filter is drying from its cleaning. I bought the same brand for my BMW, which it too has the permanent K&N filter.

Great quality..perfect fit for my 2012 range rover sport hse

This was a perfect fit for my 2006 LR3. Much cheaper than the part from the dealer. It feels a LITTLE cheap, but no worse than the one that was in it, that was aftermarket too. I cannot compare it to the dealer part.

Great filters at a good price

I use these filters in my RRS. They fit great and appear well made. I have yet to have a problem with a Mann filter.

I am completely late with the review on this product. However, it takes less than 5 minutes to install. The filter I had inside wasn't that filthy, even after 3 years. But, it was an exact fit and I am blessed to have found this replacement at this price.

It is for LR3, and Range rover sport 2005 to 2009, it is not for vogue
