Yes the mout will fit both fast fire II and III. I have the II on a 1911 pistol and a III on an AR both using the exact same mount. Hope thi a helps

Is there any milling required for the standard M&p (not core or pro)

No, there is no milling required. The existing rear sight needs to be removed then Burris dovetail piece is put in place. Burris base plate attaches to the dovetail then sight attaches to mounting plate.

Does this fit the m&p 2.0 .380 ez?

I have the m&p 2.0 9mm ez and it does NOT fit.
