POWER PYE ELECTRONICS 20 L/Day 320-Watts 3-in-1 Dehumidifier, Clothes Dryer and Air Purifier

before I bought this dehumidifier, I made sure that I will not run in trouble. Living in the South India, Tamil Nadu, not only the humidity is high but also the temperature. When started to work, I did hope that humidity will be lower than 67% and keep good room conditions; however, never went down of 69% and emits a hot air that makes the room so hot. Also I asked for HEPA filter, and I did not receive it. I'm not sure what happens. What I have to do? All what I asked was a dehumidifier with hot air emission.

Overall the product is fine. The minimum fan speed is still too fast for me as it makes a lot of noise. But it does what it should do."NO WARRANTY FOR GAS LEAK". This is not mentioned anywhere in product page.My only concerned is how this product will be serviced after warranty . As dehumidifiers are not very common. Also they cost as much as an Ac. Ac technicians do not service dehumidifiers.

Excellent product and it works as advertised. We saw and experienced a difference in the room within a matter of hours. I am very happy with the dehumidifier as it extracts moisture very efficiently. As a matter of fact, I have just placed an order for a second unit and the first unit was put into service on Dec 29th, 2018 in a 426 sqft area. Because the area is large I have placed an order for a 2nd unit. Even though the area of its current use is larger than reccomended, it has still made a significant impact on the room environment.update:Began using the 2nd one yesterday and the Two combined cover roughly 500 sqft area. I wish I had installed these earlier because they have made an immense difference to the room environment!

Product delivered to me is defective. Has stopped working in 3 weeks of delivery. Considering I paid a huge amount for this it's very annoying and disappointing. It is definitely not value for money. Company keeps diverting me to different service centres instead of replacing a defective machine. Buy this product at your own risk. It is a source of discomfort and headache. A waste of money with very poor after sales service.

Although this product is VERY expensive (just short of Rs 25,000/-) it does a great job of eliminating humidity. I live in a hill station so clouds literally float through my windows during monsoon & everywhere here has a big damp problem though, bizarrely, no one here had ever heard of a dehumidifier! It reduced the humidity from 89% to 60% during monsoon (I had it on all day every day) & shows that humidity is now (that monsoon is over) 50% (it automatically tells one on the digital screen) so I probably won't use it again until next year. A tad noisy so I had to turn it off at night. I'm not sure quite what you mean by rating its 'comfort' as it's not something one wears or sits on!! A nice looking machine too.

Pretty quiet, good construction, controls are easy. Tub fills in about 8 hours. Invaluable for monsoon when you don’t need cooling, just constant dehumidifying. At 1/4 to 1/5 the watts of an AC, I’m also expecting the power bill to be reduced.

It does a good job of it's dehumidifying function. You may also want to check out the settings at which it will not also emit hotter air (not just drier air)

I bought this for my sister a couple of weeks back. This has been working well for her room. She is using this to dry children's clothes indoor and it is extracting a lot of water from the air. Recommended if you want your home to be dry.
