I bought this product two numbers in 1st Feb 2020 and installed then in my two baloneys for switching on & off my grow light for my bonsais. Since then it has been doing the function regularly without any problem. However, a few days back one timer developed a problem that the clock was running very slow. I took up with the supplier and the response was immediate in few minutes came the reply both on amazon and email. Then as battery was the probable cause I opened and told the supplier that it is fixed one and wanted to know where I can buy. They offered for sending it by currier only for the currier charges and a small amount for four battery. All these happened in about 5 days I got the battery installed and it is back in operation. My salute to the customer care they have and appreciate the response. Wish them all the best and wish they keep up the same trend. Added on 5th June 2026: This product is amazing. It woks even now for 6 years daily it switches ON & OFF. Great Customer service and excellent product. Highly recommended.

A good product. Working very well. The only problem i encountered is: is in the instruction sheet. In it one line they missed one complete line. How to adjust the clock(time). To adjust the time one has to press & hold the clock symbol, then the hours & minutes to be adjusted. That line is missing. For which i suffered a lot. Please also include how to change the lithium battery.

I have using this timer switch since some months now, and am extremely satisfied with the product. There are sixteen individual timer settings (8 on and 8 off) for each day of the week. The built-in clock works perfectly, so the timer automatically starts at the correct time and switches off at the correct time. Being a 16 amps switch, it can take a heavy load - I have connected my 1 HP pump to it. This gadget is truly a blessing as I no long have to remain at home and stay up at odd hours to store water. The switch also has a button for manual operation in case on some rare occasion one would want to manually operate it for a longer or shorter time. I would highly recommend it. The only limitation is that the setting can be done for a maximum period of one week only, but this would not make much difference unless only is going to remain out of town for a longer period.

The product is very useful to control the on- off electrical equipments according to pre-set time. Installation is a bit tricky even for expert electricians as the leaflet provided with the product is not illustrative enough. Since installing, the product worked wonderfully for about 3 months. However, the trouble started thereafter, as we found the lights 'on' next morning which should have been switched off at 10 pm on the previous night. This means the power was consumed for the entire night unnecessarily. Finding the company contact for the trouble shooting is equally challenging. So in spite of having the digital timer switch in place, we have resorted to manually switching on & off the connected lights.

It works 2 year properly. But now it's battery gone faculty. How can I replace it's battery
