HYPERDRIVE 3 in 1 USB C to HDMI 4K30Hz + USB A + Charge (max 60W) Adapter, Type C to HDMI Video + USB A Port Converter for MacBook, iPad, PC, Tablet and Mobile with USB C Port

No issues using it to connect external monitors and peripherals on my MacBook Air 15 and my Windows laptops. It works with my Steam Deck too, both in Game mode and in Desktop mode. That said, it doesn't have a stand like most dedicated Steam Deck docks, so I wouldn't recommend it for a Steam Deck if that is specifically what you are looking for. If you are changing the resolution on the Steam Deck when in Desktop mode, there is a chance that the picture might disappear. Just disconnect and connect it again. It should be fine. The USB ports on this dock work well, and they give pretty good transfer speed. Checked the micro SD card slot, and it works fine. The dock does get a bit warm for whatever reason, but outside is made of metal, so it dissipates it well. Nothing to complain about.

I am writing this review after 17 days of extensive use. Here is my experience –Delivery – It got delivered on time. The packaging was not very special just the product box wrapped in a plastic bag.Product – I must say after looking for several options I decided to go with this 6-in-1 USB C hub, and it comes out god. I am using it on my Apple MacBook Pro 2020 16 inches on a daily basis and it’s working like a charm.HDMI – I basically needed the HUB for connecting my MacBook with My LG 32- and 37-inch monitor through HDMI. It does the work. BUT it took two days to settle down with the colours. It may sound weird, but I don’t know why it happened. For the first two days, colours on both my monitors are completely off but with time and some minor adjustments like changing profiles now everything is good.RJ45 – I use the network port of this hub to connect my machine with the Internet. And It also works GOOD.All The Port All Together – I have been using this HUB with HDMI connected to my monitor and With Two USB ports connected to my Sound Device for recording VOICE OVER for my YouTube Channel (RebellionRider) and Everything works well.Heat Issue – Yes, the HUB gets heat up easily, but I think it’s usual especially when you are using it with so many devices. In my case, these devices are Monitor and Zoom H6.So far I have not experienced any problem with this USB HUB. But if there will be any I will update my review here.But I am giving it 4 stars for its price, it’s definitely expensive

Expensive but solves many purposes, handy, light weight, slim to fit in the bag. I have just started for last 15 days. it is early to review but I recommend to have it..

15th September 2020: HyperDrive is a reliable company and this product is the same. The shell and the USB C end is metallic and robust. All the ports work perfectly fine, I've seen a few people complain about the HDMI but it works fine for me on both an android device (Reno10x) and laptop (Swift 5 2020).It supports charging with PowerDelivery but doesn't support proprietary charging like DashCharge, SuperVOOC, Dart etc. The USB C port can be used for data as well as charging; unlike others like the one from Zebronics or PiBox. Can support Keyboard, Mouse, USB mic simultaneously and can work at 1080p60fps (I don't have a 4k display but am sure it would work).Satisfied with the product, please try not to go for cheaper alternatives as they have high failure rates.7 May 2022: Just an update, still works great. A really good USB C hub. Lan and HDMI ports work perfectly, although HDMI at 4k is only at 30 Hz (which is as described). All 3 USB 3 ports work great as well, even if I connect 3 portable hard disks at the same time, with transfers at full speeds.The hub takes the power from your USB C port (which can give much more power than a USB 3 port), so it was able to feed a whooping 25 watts to my external 15 inch display connected to one of the hub's USB 3 ports.In contrast, my laptop's USB 3 port gives only 5 watts max. This shows the hub can feed very power hungry USB devices if your laptop's USB C port can provide that power.Edit: After a year and half of use it still works great with LAN, 4K display and 3 USB devices connected, all at the same time! No complaints. If they would release the same hub with HDMI that can output 4K resolution at 60Hz instead of 30Hz I'd buy it straight away!

Searched a lot for a type c hub with best utility and got this. And this is the best possibly available on amazon. Go for it without a second thought. Most needed ports available on it. No need of any extra ports than this. Top notch build quality. Works as described. Best in market. Dont think to buy anything else. Works perfectly with Macbook Pro M1 2020

Stopped working in a few months. HDMI & LAN ports don’t work. They don’t have service.I regret buying this product.

The quality is very good, you might have issues with connecting the device if you’ve a tough case like UAG Case. But shouldn’t be an issue.The device heats up definitely on use and it isn’t a concern. It’s ultimately fast & the ports are durable and rigid.The device also has an indicator blue light which lets you know if it’s connected or no.If price isn’t an issue go for this, Hyperdrive is a reputed brand.

Works as advertised.

It’s a very simple USB hub. It works exactly as it should. I was surprised by how small it was. The online photos make it seem bigger. It’s super cool. Small, simple and helps keep the desk tidy.

Try to use it to charge my iPad Pro connect a few small accessories. The device did not meet my needs.

Perfect for connecting my external monitor, wireless mouse and charge my MacBook Pro at the same time. It’s small and convenient enough to take along if needed.

Very good...but little expensive...
