Company went belly up early 2024
Do not buy this dive computer, company took down servers and all the dives I logged are lost in space now, When it first came out it was all the rave. I purchased one and served me well. On a dive trip in Dec 2023, I noticed I was able to download dives onto app but the GPS was not working, Shortly after that was published the servers were taken down so I was no longer able to save/publish dives on app. I just a Shearwater purchased a Peregrine TX. The Cosmic is a paperweight now.

Poor User Interface
The white numbers on the black background are hard to read at 15' on a sunny day.The white numbers turn pinkish, and therefore, lessen in contrast at depth. The instructions say the battery will last for 12 dives, but advises charging at every opportunity, which I interpret to mean charge daily. The required DeepBlu app is more about advertising & tracking you online than about adding functionality. The only way to edit a logged dive location is to give DeepBlu your precise GPS location. There is no export function to maintain a private logbook. The "No Decompression" bar graph only has 4 pixels, which never changed during 15 dives between 45 to 60 minute dives. All of the numbers are shown with a leading zero (045 ft, 050 min, 08:49 time, etc.), which I find distracting. The date in watch mode reads like this: 20220502In the logbook mode the divers are numbered backwards; meaning, your 15th dive is numbered 1 and your 1st dive is numbered 15.FYI: I've made over 500 dives

App is defunct
The app and cloud-based storage is defunct. You will have to use another app to save your dives.

Huge Defect ... Stay away
You will like the features and the app sync, and the nice display ... But after few dives, it may stop working underwater and put you in high risk if you are diving solo (Foruently, I had a buddy with me when it stopped working). Stay away and buy a reliable dive computer. If you need the nice features go for a known brand.
