I’ve had many Plantronics devices over the years, and it seems they’ve given up on quality. First (and foremost), the device can’t seem to maintain its Bluetooth connection. This requires accessing the phone repeatedly to reconnect it to the device. The noise cancellation and sound quality used to be 5-star, but not anymore. The battery alerts aren’t very useful because their estimates of “time remaining” are very inaccurate, and they get more inaccurate as battery life declines. This is sufficiently problematic that the device has shut off several times before I’m able to switch to a different headset. Lastly, the device seems to not fit nearly as well as previous products, especially if you wear glasses. The way it’s configured, the earpiece tends to pull away from my ear…or the portion of the device behind the hear pulls away from my head. I don’t use it anymore. It was a waste of money.Addendum: I bought a new iphone 14 to be sure that it wasn't my phone that was the problem. The Plantronics/Poly device still can't maintain a Bluetooth connection with the phone. It's also very erratic in terms of when/how it answers the phone: sometimes it auto answers, while other times it asks you if you want to answer. Sometimes it tells you how much talk time is left on the charge (would be a nice feature), while other times it just tells you "battery high, medium, low, recharge headset" (not as useful). So I dropped the rating the from two to one stars. It's a worthless...but expensive (not a good combo).

My last VOYAGER 5200 lasted 3.5 years and then began to glitch, require more frequent charging, not respond to inputs and physically fall apart. I ordered a new one which arrived in genuine packaging and now under ownership by HEWLETT PACKARD. The only unusual, strange thing I noticed was that the default language was set to Mandarin Chinese right out of the box. It worked perfectly for two weeks then began to glitch, not recharge and then not power on all within 24 hours. It also failed to connect to the POLY STUDIO APP for trouble shooting and updating. The seller, to their credit, allowed a free return/exchange and I was back in business. Again, the default language on the genuine replacement unit, labelled "new", was Mandarin Chinese. This one worked perfectly until 10 days after the AMAZON 30 days return window closed and it repeated the death throes of the previous defective unit. I submitted a warranty claim with HEWLETT PACKARD directly and received a replacement VOYAGER 5200 with the default language set to British English. So far, it has been working flawlessly for a week. I will update this review when this third unit dies of natural causes.I cannot blame the seller for a defective product that they don't manufacture themselves. They may simply have a bad batch from the HEWLETT PACKARD factory. In my opinion, the customer service was good. I received my order quickly and the return/exchange was done quickly without cost to me except for time. I am now rather leery of purchasing any electronics in which the default language is set to something other than the one spoken in the market from where I placed the order.

This is my second purchase of this device through this business. The original headset I received was in excellent condition. The second device I received through the business was in poor condition. I'm disappointed about the huge variance and what is considered very good. Also the language change can be a little bit complicated if you don't have a computer to the firmware update.

Product is great. But not functional after few months of use as the speaker gets impacted where the other side person can't hear. It occurred to me with 3 consecutive purchases of NEW Voyager 5200Also it has become very expensive. No value for such high cost. Price in Rs 5k range should be ideal and not current price which is some times double and some times triple
