It really works!!!
I swear by tiger balm. I have 6 herniated discs in my lower lumbar area and sciatica. Before I go to bed I rub some on my back and I seem to sleep better and I don’t hurt as much when I wake up. I’ve tried the patch by prescription on my back which cost me $300 for 10 patches, and it didn’t work at all! I use the tiger balm, and it works great. Highly recommend

This product works very well. Use in the evening time frame. The scent is strong when first used, but does not last long.

Better than original tiger balm
I swear by this stuff! I feel like it's better than the original tiger balm. This is like a lotion. I get awful sciatica flare ups and this helps so much. Definitely crucial if you're having pain. Don't use it right before or right after a shower because it can sting some people (my husband - I was fine). The smell is super strong though so fair warning. I don't mind it tho it's kinda like a cinnamon smell but stronger.
