I recently added the WORKPRO 4-Piece Snap Ring Pliers Set (7-inch Internal/External Circlip Pliers Kit) to my toolbox, and it's been a reliable workhorse. The pliers feel sturdy and well-built, with a comfortable grip, and they handle both internal and external circlips without trouble. They make installing and removing snap rings much easier than using improvised tools. My only small complaint: the spring action could be a bit smoother — sometimes the jaws don’t open as evenly as I’d like. But for the price and build quality, this kit is a great deal if you do mechanical work, bike maintenance, or any job needing snap ring installation/removal.

I had a cheap interchangeable head snap ring plier set from Lowe’s. I was dissembling my ratchets to clean them and the pliers snapped in half. I almost bought the ICON set from harbor freight, but this work pro set was half the price. They seem well built and had no problems with the stiff snap rings on my ratchets. I also like the fabric roll they come in, doesn’t feel cheap.

So glad to have these snap-ring pliers! Even happier that they're such a good deal! Far superior to the simplistic and pointless little pliers where the tips are interchangeable, these are sturdy and have a nice heft to them, and are nicely responsive to use. While each pair is a solid tipped tool--dedicated use--they are a fine product at a good price and my Spouse and I both like using them. They make tasks far easier than having to change heads, and of course, they are much stronger than the more economical option. The grips are very comfortable and don't get annoyingly slippery if you get a little lubricant on them, plus they're brightly coloured with a striking pattern that makes them highly visible. Sets of this type easily sell for more, but you get four great tools for a really good price. They even come with a roll-bag so they're laid out and ready for you the minute you get them to the workbench. No regrets here!
