Arrived completely unbroken, which seemed miraculous as the box was smooshed and the spindles had poked holes through the outer cardboard. It’s not made of hardwood, but it seems sturdy enough to do the job. The rack is as described. Mini-cones fit easily so long as they alternate up/down (see pic). If all cones are placed right side up, the edges overlap. Three bobbins will fit on the pegs if you want to store bobbins. Some of the dowels were snug fit for bobbins, but none were too large that I’ve tried so far.

These are great! I bought two and they were packaged safely and arrived in perfect condition. Each peg is glued securely in place (see closeup) and the wood is really nice looking on my wall. They arrived quickly and are exactly what I needed in my studio. Highly recommend!

I bought this rack and another rack made of plastic. The plastic rack was more expensive, it only held 60 spools, it had to be assembled and it was so cheaply made that it fell apart as it was being put together. This wood rack, on the other hand, was VERY well made. It is so much sturdier, holds more spools, and didn't have to be assembled like the plastic rack.

It serves it purpose

Arrived in perfect condition and as pictured. A great value as my local hobby shops charge a minimum of $30 for 1 rack, and for a few dollars more you get 2! I also like the fact that they can be hung on the wall saving precious desk space in my sewing room!

This is a beautiful product. Sturdy and well made for holding all the threads in sewing area.

My husband attached wooden strips to my sewing room wall and I hung the thread holder. This made it very convenient for my sewing needs. One of the pegs did break off but I replaced it with a piece of dowel of the same size. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase.
