how could you install on top of a block wall fence - is there a kit to buy?

Does this come with the whole kit or just the lattice?

Double check to make sure it says "kit" or something similar. Really read the description of the product offered! Because I ordered one where all I received was the Lattice panels!!! And not the rest needed for assembling the fence topper.

Perfect For My New Shed

I got these to close up the space under my new 8x14 shed. The grid opening is small, less than 1.5 inches diagonal, which should stop most wild life getting through and make a home under the shed while still allowing for ventilation. The package contains more panels that I actually need, but that is OK. I intend to cut the panels down the middle so that I have 48" long and 6" high sections.
