I ordered the 13yr size for my freshly upgraded 12yr old child, and I’d say it fits perfectly… which is both a win and a warning! If your child is anywhere near a growth spurt (and let’s be honest, they all are), I’d definitely recommend sizing up. These seem to run slightly on the snug side—great for now, but maybe not for long if they suddenly shoot up overnight like mine seems determined to do. Fit aside, this is actually a really lovely top. The colour is spot on—exactly as pictured, no weird “online vs reality” disappointment. The material is soft to the touch but still feels durable, not that flimsy, see-through fabric that makes you question your life choices. It’s got a nice weight to it, so it feels like it’ll survive both the washing machine and whatever chaos a 12-year-old throws at it. There are three buttons at the front, all securely stitched (which I appreciate, because I do not have the time or emotional energy to be sewing buttons back on every five minutes). The stitching overall looks neat and well done, giving it a more premium feel than I was expecting. All in all, a really good quality top for the price. Just maybe buy a size up… unless you enjoy reordering clothes every other week as your child continues their mission to outgrow everything immediately!

Lovely. An excellent basic cotton t-shirt in a lovely light powder blue colour that is perfect for spring/summer. The cotton is lovely and soft to touch and really comfortable for my son to wear. The buttons and chest pocket offer visual interest, and the sleeves are a decent length. True to size. At £16.99 at the time of review, it is not cheap for what is, after all, a basic t-shirt. However, the quality of the material is lovely and it's super comfortable to wear, so I'm happy to recommend.

I got this t-shirt for my 13 year old son as it is very similar to the kind that his Dad wears and I know he likes them as they are a bit more ‘grown-up’ than his usual selection of t-shirts. I also really liked the fact that it is 100% cotton which is just what he needs during the warmer months. When I first got this t-shirt out, I was a little surprised by the size as it appeared very small. Even though my son is 13, he is quite small and is still wearing age 11-12 in most things, so that is the size I chose. It does fit him, but there is no growing room in it, like he would usually have in that size range. So I would probably advise to go up a size if you're unsure. The t-shirt is well made and finished to a good standard. The cotton material isn't thick but is lightweight and will be a good summer staple. The details of the buttons and pocket make this t-shirt a good choice if you want something a bit smarter and it would look nice with some chinos. My son is very happy with it and I know he will wear it loads as he said he feels 'smart' in it. Very reasonably priced for a 100% cotton garment too.

Lovely soft cotton boys top. The sizing seems about right. I sized up one size. Which was perfect for my almost 10 year old son. The colours are nice and it’s lightweight soft material with buttons perfect for summer.

A very comfortable t-shirt that's light and breathable. It's a good fit - I got the 13-14 for my nearly 13yo and it fits perfectly. I expect that it should still fit fine at the end of the year. The colour is true to the advertised picture. It comes with an extra button should one of the buttons get lost. The material is not particularly thick which is fine as it's meant to be a summer top, nor is it butterfly wing thin - it's just the right thickness. The only negative is the price - at £16.99, I think it's a little on the pricey side for a plain t-shirt.

Im Really happy with this top overall It’s a great lightweight t-shirt that works perfectly for summer. The cotton fabric feels soft and breathable, making it comfortable for all day wear, especially in warmer weather or a holiday. The fit is true to size and gives a nice balance between casual and slightly dressed up thanks to the button down style, which makes it more versatile than a standard tee. The little pocket detail is a nice addition and adds to the overall look without feeling unnecessary. It also seems fairly well made and holds up nicely after washing a few times. The only real downside is that it definitely needs ironing, as it comes out quite creased after a wash, which can be a bit inconvenient if you’re in a rush. That said, once it’s ironed, it looks great again. Overall, a solid 4 star purchase its comfortable, stylish, and good value, just with a bit of extra maintenance needed.

A lovely casual style T-shirt. This is a comfortable T-shirt that will be ideal for summer. The colour is a light green and goes with most outfits but does look great with a pair of jeans. The sizing I would say is accurate for the age range. It isn’t too large or too snug a fit. I have also washed the T-shirt in the washing machine with no issues so far. Overall I’m happy with the quality of the T-shirt. I can’t see any loose threads or cotton etc. The stitching looks pretty neat too. It is made from a lightweight fabric which makes it comfortable to wear. I like the button detailing and the pocket. I do think the price at time of review is also reasonably priced.
