How do yo store the extra character from the power packs?

There is enough room in the plastic tray inside the box for extra gaming pieces.

What's the difference between this and Monopoly Gamer 2017?

It has different board properties (using MK track names) and characters (which have unique rules). Play style is different (for example there is a concept of which lap your on), but it is going to be more similar to Monopoly Gamer than basic Monopoly.

So i preordered this and it tells me it will be available on august 1st. yet i walked through the store on june 11th and boom it was on the shelf ??

Gone through this myself plenty of times as a collector. What helps me is to visit local store every other week when I'm looking for a particular piece for my collection...

Muy divertido!

La calidad del tablero, figuras, tarjetas es muy buena. Lo único malo son las monedas de cartón, hubieran estado mucho mejor si fueran de plástico y más resistentes. Además son muy poquitas monedas, se acaban pronto si lo juegan 4 personas. La dinámica del juego es diferente a la del monopoly tradicional, pero es muy divertida.
