RAEIND Smith & Wesson M&P Shield Single Stack 9mm Pistol Magazine Speed Loader

After monthly use for over 3 years im leaving this review to let you know thus product should be added to you range bag yesterday. Cheap in price expensive in quality. Show little to no wear after 1000+ rounds.

NOTE fits only single stack magazines This loader works great. Sturdy material that seems it will last a while.

Mine came with NO instructions and if you are new ( I was ) to loaders you can easily make a mistake that will require you to take apart the magazine to correct. I found it best to and load the first cartridge. The loader "rocks" or "tips" front to back, so when you are pushing down on cartridge it is important that the loader is tipped to the front (bullet end). Then when you get the cartridge depressed and there is room for the next cartridge you put it in and push it back so that the magazine partially catches it. Then you tip back the loader and lift it up to slide the new cartridge in place. THIS IS IMPORTANT BECAUSE IF YOU HAVE THE LOADER TIPPED BACK TOWARD THE BACK END (PRIMER END) AND YOU PUSH DOWN YOU CAN ACCIDENTALLY ROTATE THE FOLLOWER (PLASTIC PART THE FIRST BULLET SITS ON) INTO THE MAGAZINE, AND YOU WILL HAVE TO TAKE APART THE MAGAZINE TO CORRECT IT. However having said all that, when used properly this is a very cheap easy way to make the loading easier.

This loader will work to load 3rd party magazines of over 9+ rounds for the S&W 9mm Shield EZ.

This does not fit over the clips for the S&W Shield X. It's way too tight and will not slide down

Sloppy and difficult to use on a M&P single stack. Would give a 2.5 star if I could

The magazines for my M&P Shield were the hardest mags to load of any pistol I have ever owned. This speed loader cut the time and effort of reloading the mag to about 1/5th of what is is without. Very nice at the range where you are paying for the time in the lane.

Mag is too wide to fit in loader, bought 2 and wasted $50, $24 and change each, for what looks like a $5 item, that will not even do the job badly, couldn't select no stars. (so 1 star it is) Never been this disappointed in an Amazon purchase, I threw out the packaging (unwise) yesterday, garbage day was today, so a return is probably not possible, I feel robbed.
