KIWI Sneaker Protector Waterproof Spray 4.25 oz

This spray works. I posted a picture of my deck after spraying my sneakers on it. The water just beads up. ! They saved my saved my $200 Reebok pumps. I was at a concert and someone spilled there alcohol type cider on them. It was almost a red solo size cup. The cloth part on my sneakers when I reached the bathroom had beads of the drink on them. I quickly washed them of and wiped them with soap and water to make sure my sneakers didn’t smell like fermented fruit. This stuff protected my sneakers. I did clean them good when I got home and reapplied the spray. It also stopped a nasty rust stain on a cloth white pair of my sneakers. The stain came out with a little bit of work. The spray definitely needs to be done in well ventilated area. I keep my sneakers in boxes, so I leave it out for a day or so afterwards to get the smell off but unless less you put your nose to it you won’t smell it after 12-24 hours. It hasn’t changed the color of my sneakers. I’ve done 12 pair between mine and my sons. He’s 5 so he’s rough on shoes. It really has made his sneakers look newer longer.

Bought some new sneakers for myself and my son. First day he walked to school in them, he crosses over a sports field, and his socks get wet. 8 hours later he is home, takes off his still wet socks, feet are all wrinkled. He tells me the shoes are good, but it is like a mesh in the front top, so his feet got wet and he just walked around in wet socks all day. Saw this and thought it was worth a try. Super easy, spray it on your shoes. Do it outside! It smells just like spray paint. Says you can do two coats, wait about an hour between. I did two coats, waited about 24 hours between. It may have made the shoes a tiny bit darker, but maybe that was just when I was spraying it and it was still wet. Didn't take any before or after pictures, but if there was any change it was not noticeable. Next day my son walked to school he came home without wrinkled up feet. He did tell me his sock was a little wet, but not sure if it was from walking through a wet field or from sweat. It was a whole lot better than the last time! I then applied to my new sneakers, but have not had the need to walk through a wet area yet. Two coats, on two pairs of shoes, and I am guessing about 1/3 of the can is left (had to judge). So should be enough for at least 3 pairs of shoes.

We've purchased this repeatedly as it does offer water resistance and stain repellent. It does not make things water proof or stain proof of course. Worth purchasing to protect what you care about

I use every fall on my boots and Uggs to protect them from rain and puddles. Only have to use once per season.

it works on old shoes that had lost theri waterproofing and new ones that never had it.

Doesn't really work but it is super easy to use. Not really water resistant. not really stain resistant.

Does the job to keep my shoes looking nice and cleans good

Kept my shoes dry. Does it's job.
