The product is not as per the information provided. It is missing the row counter .

Where's the advertised row counter?
This machine advertised that it had a row counter, which is why I bought this one. I will be using it in my special education class. Very disappointed that I now have to fork out more money for a row counter. Please don't falsely advertise.

Huge learning curve
It's good. Already have two broken pins and having trouble finding replacements, the tube feature works great the panel feature not so much very challenging to learn how to use properly and doesn't stabilize while cranking it easily

No counter, but still a nice helper
This is a nice little knitting machine with the caveat that this model does not include a row counter. However, as this is in the description, I'm not dinging it for that. You know what you're getting. This is a large machine that certainly makes it easier to knit larger items. You probably want to watch a few videos online instead of trying to follow the written instructions. Fortunately, this seems to be a popular type of machine and there are many videos online to show you how to get started with it. Just search for "Sentro knitting machine" and you're off to the races. There are two settings: one for knitting panels, and one for knitting tubes. You will need to practice a bit to thread the yawn properly around the teeth and you'll also need to practice tensioning the yarn using the three different available settings. And since there is no row counter, you will also need to count the rows yourself. However, this is a fun little machine which again makes it easy to use even scraps of yarn. With it, you can make so many different types of items such as beanies, sweaters, and other things. This would make a great gift for the creative people in your life!

Nonsensical instructions..
The instructions seemed like they were translated using Google and were never proof read. They don't make much sense and seem to be out of order, which resulted in having to re-do the same piece over and over and over. This loom also keeps dropping stitches and I cannot figure out why. After researching, it appears that is a common issue with this product. Overall a very frustrating experience.

Does what it is supposed to do, but remember, this is basically a toy.
Let me preface this with the fact that I have an expensive sock knitting machine, and have been crocheting and knitting for decades. I definitely didn't NEED this, but when I saw they had a 40 needle option, something made me want to try this. I think I can whip up some baby hats and premie hats with any extra yarn I have, so I won't feel it's wasted. I will say this is made by a toy company, so you are going to get what you pay for - this isn't going to be high end. This circular knitter can make tubes or flat pieces. It comes with most of you need to get started, including three small skeins of yarn, which feel like acrylic worsted-weight yarn. I did not see any clips for weight included, and that could be a problem. The instructions are limited—very limited. They do not even include a QR code for online instructions, hence the dinging of one star. There are many tutorials online, lots of Facebook groups, and other options to help get you started, and like any craft, it is going to take some time to get proficient at it. Practice, don't get frustrated, and soon you'll be able to crank out some hats, leg warmers, and blanket panels or scarves.
