EXF Linear Shower Drain 12 Inch Brushed Nickel with Tileable Grate

I originally ordered the 24-inch version, but after measuring my shower area, I realized it was too large for my space. I returned it and purchased the 18-inch version instead, and it was the perfect fit. The matte black finish looks modern, elegant, and gives the shower a high-end appearance. The quality feels very solid, and the sleek design adds a beautiful finishing touch to the bathroom. Installation was straightforward, and it works great for water drainage. I love that it looks much more stylish than a traditional drain and blends perfectly with a modern shower design. Also, its easy to clean. I’m very happy with the quality, appearance, and functionality. Just make sure to measure your shower space carefully before ordering to choose the right size.

I messed up. I was waiting on my contractor to start bathroom remodel thanks to a leak in wall. We didn’t realize we would need to change our fixtures. The big box stores were limited with the Matt black we wanted. Amazon has a vast variety, and had it to me the next day. I’m Leary of “off” brand plumbing but had to but “generic” but it worked out. Works great, looks great! Update - this drain is nice, but, the inserts that center the tile top cover are grey. The drain is black and looks good with the tile insert, but you can see the grey clips. Why they aren’t black to blend in better is my only gripe. See attached picture to see what I mean (the camera didn’t pick them up as they really look) tried to put black paint but it didn’t last.

Very complete assembly. Requires professional install. Good finishes. Built in hair basket works great, but requires frequent clean out (if you life with someone that has long hair).

Easy to use and clean. It comes with a little key to pull up the trim so you can clean the trap.

Please don't buy this product! First of all I was sent the wrong product colour, stainless not black, secondly, after returning the first product and ordering again (stupidly), the product I have received is the correct colour but is missing the bottom drains and the drain filter. Absolutely not worth the hassle!

It arrived in good time. The metal finish is fine. All the parts appear to be there. Unfortunately the removable part that sits inside the tray doesn’t fit without some plastic spacers that show. The spacers make the insert very tight and very difficult to remove. The spacers also squeeze the insert tray making it very difficult to remove.

Complicated to install. But looks and works amazing!
