I would not buy this faucet again. It is indeed beautiful and seems a high quality unit in appearance and manual function. For some reason it turns on by itself without anything near the electric eye. And I placed the soap dispenser 12 inches away fromelectric eye.. We live in an area with a septic system and are very worried it will auto activate when we are out. Unless Moen can fix we will have to toss it out.Update, the problem was caused by an aftermarket power source claiming to be motion sense compatible. When I used the batteries the faucet electric eye had performed flawlessly!

I bought this for my mother’s house. I’m not a skilled DIYer, and I was able to easily install this in about 40 minutes while taking my time and being careful not to screw up. It was a little challenging to get in a position under the sink where I had enough leverage to get the faucet screwed down tight, but that was due to the configuration of the pipes and physical access to a small space so it would be the same with any faucet.It’s been installed for two weeks so I can’t speak to durability yet. But so far it’s been working great. The motion sensor works great, the water pressure is much better than the faucet I replaced, the pull down hose has good extension, and the whole unit is attached more firmly to the stainless steel sink than the old faucet ever was. I.e., there’s no wobble with normal use even when you pull the spray nozzle out.So far it’s been perfect. And everyone likes the look of it.

we were very specific about what we wanted. When we purchased the united, it looked fantastic and was easy to install. However, the unit didn't work. But with a quick phone call to their customer service, they replaced the unit with no questions asked and the new unit arrived within 5 days.I installed the new unit and it works great. We have had it now for about a month and can't see going back to a non motion dection faucet. All in all, I would highly recommend this faucet. It is pricey though and it's a hard pill to swallow but with most pills, it's good for you. It makes you feel better in the end.

For our latest kitchen refresh we wanted to go with a Moen faucet again based on our experience with the brand before. And upgrading to a motion sensor was a little bit of a splurge but so worth it! This is a very clean beautiful looking faucet and works very well. Our installers had a little bit of trouble putting it in but they told us it had to do more about the existing plumbing than the faucet connections of the model. Either way they figured it out and it’s working wonderfully! My only complaint is that the hose is not very long and on spray mode it can cause more of a mess than our old model. I wish the hose would extend/stretch a little further to avoid splatter. But overall, excellent faucet and we love the motion sense!

I hate this faucet. First, it is far too small for a modern sink. I just put in a new sink with a standard 36" cabinet (and not a deep sink either) and you have to lean in or stretch your arms out to reach the water flow because it doesn't extend to the middle of the sink. This makes NO sense and I thought Moen had enough of a reputation to understand good design. I literally feel the strain on my back and arms if I'm washing dishes for an extended period of time. Second, the water can only be set for motion sensor at ONE flow level which is full blast. You can set temperature but not water flow so if you motion it on to rinse a glass or plate, water goes everywhere because it's hitting the dishes at full stream. Another design flaw! My last motion sensor faucet was great but Costco wasn't selling it anymore so I figured I would upgrade since I was remodeling my entire kitchen (I'll probably put back the old one!) - big mistake! I purchased this in early June as I expected my countertops to be installed in June but there was a delay so they weren't installed until July, thus the faucet not installed until July and now I can't return it because of an ABSURD 30-day window for returns! $400+ out the window for a junk faucet! And trying to call the company is ridiculous - basically the message says they are too busy to take calls and they can call you back - TOMORROW! I thought I was dealing with a company with a good reputation for these types of products but I guess not - another buyer beware!

Love this faucet. My wife loves this faucet too. Made me look good for getting it for her. Very nice n very simple to install. I like the touch less better than the touch faucets

It has the sensor on the lower side of faucet which is helpful as it takes a purposeful movement of hand to wave on. Previous faucet had sensor in front so came on a lot unintentionally. This side placement is much better!Only con is the pull down sprayer could be a bit longer but works great!

Amazing faucet! Very easy to install. This replaced a very poor sensor based Kohler faucet that failed after a year of use. My biggest issue with that faucet, other than the short lifetime, was you could only use the sensor to turn the water on and off. You could alternatively disable the sensor and switch to manual mode, but it was a process. No such problem with the Moen. Using the sensor or the handle to start the water flowing is seamless. All the benefits of a sensor faucet and works like a traditional faucet when needed. Highly recommended.

Purchased this faucet after my motion sensor old faucet died.This faucet is great, the motion sensor is in a location to the side so you don't accidently trigger the faucet. Installation was really simple, and the batteries are separate from the sensor control box and can be mounted in a more convenient location, making changing battery's much easier than other brands!Another great feature I like is that you can disable the motion sensor by simply holding your hand in from my of the sensor, instead of needing to go under the cupboard to the control box.All around a great faucet and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hands free faucet!

This is by far the best style quality and function tap with high style I have ever had. No regrets. I am a cook and my kitchen means so much to all my family and visitors. The wave feature worth ever penny.

Once you go touchless, you can't go back. Replaced my 7-year-old Moen Motionsense that started leaking—this one works well with some nice upgrades. The motion sensor feels a bit quicker, and the finish looks sharp. Installation was straightforward, and so far, no leaks.

Wife and kids love this :)
