I have been using this pillow for 5 nights and so far I am not very impressed with it. It came folded up brand new and wrapped in plastic and upon opening it smelled AWFUL the package said give it 48 hours to go away it was gone within 24 hours. The first night I couldn’t figure out if I was using it right. It didn’t feel much different from my normal pillow except it’s much thinner and not nearly as cold feeling. I kept readjusting my neck and head hoping for some magical spot that would make the pillow worth it. By the time the second night came around I was pretty positive the pillow wouldn’t make me happy but the instructions said give it a week and I did. One week later and I will be swapping back to my old pillow. This isn’t a bad pillow but it just doesn’t do anything special for my neck pains. Overall if you like this shape of pillow go for it but don’t expect this to work like a medical device or cure to a hurt neck. My neck pains are just the same a week later.

I am liking this pillow. I have been using it for a week now, and haven't had any issues with it. It came nicely packaged, rolled up and vacuum sealed. It opened and unrolled easily, and "fluffed up" fast. I opened it early in the day and used it that night. It fit nicely in a pillowcase. I do like the neck support. I am a side sleeper, and I sleep with earrings in. I like the height of this pillow, I have tried other pillows that are similar to this one, and this one isn't as high as the others and I like that better. The memory foam isn't as squishy as other pillows I've used and I like that too! I will say that it is not the most comfortable if you sleep with your arm under the pillow, maybe that's a good thing, it is training me to sleep differently.

I’ve been using this cervical neck pillow for about a week now, and I can honestly say I instantly loved the support it provides for my neck. I tend to toss and turn throughout the night and usually flip my pillow around constantly trying to get comfortable, so I was a little concerned that a contoured orthopedic pillow might feel restrictive. Surprisingly, that hasn’t been the case at all. The shape supports my neck well whether I’m on my back or side, and I haven’t felt the need to constantly readjust it. The firmness is just right for me. It’s slightly firmer than a typical memory foam pillow, which I actually prefer because it doesn’t collapse too much under the weight of my head. It holds its shape and keeps my neck aligned instead of letting it sink too deeply. I also appreciate that it stays at a comfortable temperature through the night and doesn’t trap heat like some dense memory foam pillows can. The ear cutout is different but liking it. Seems a tad low for my comfort which puts pressure on my shoulders if I turn to my side. Again, not a problem just something new. I will say that I experienced a couple days of mild soreness in my neck and shoulders when I first switched to this pillow. From past experience with ergonomic pillows, I assume that was my muscles readjusting to better alignment. After those first few nights, that soreness went away, and I honestly feel like I’m carrying less tension in my shoulders now. Overall, this has become my regular pillow. It offers consistent support, maintains its shape, and genuinely improves my comfort at night. While there may be a short adjustment period, I think it’s totally worth it if you’re looking for more structured neck support and better alignment while you sleep.

I gave this pillow three stars because I really liked the concept. I got it specifically to use while wearing over-ear headphones so I could rest my head without pressure on my ears, and I appreciated the thoughtful shape. The material feels supportive and holds its structure well, so it doesn’t completely collapse when you lean on it. Unfortunately, it just wasn’t very comfortable for me. The shape feels a bit awkward when actually lying down, and I had a hard time getting positioned in a way that felt natural. I can see what it’s trying to do, but in practice it didn’t work as well as I hoped. It’s not terrible, just not something I find myself reaching for regularly.

I bought this cervical neck pillow hoping it would help with neck stiffness and sleeping more comfortably, and it definitely delivered. The material feels soft and the pillow stays in place throughout the night. I’ve noticed less neck soreness since using it, and overall I’m sleeping better. For the price, this is a great pillow and I’d recommend it to anyone needing better neck support or a more comfortable sleep setup. Would definitely buy again.

I've tried sleeping on this pillow for three nights. I found myself pushing it away in my sleep. I was hoping it would help my neck, but it doesn't seem to. All fairness, it does say it could take a few weeks to know if it will work for you. There were no directions in the box. The box itself explains how to use the pillow, depending on how you sleep. But the pictures on the box are not the same pillow. So it's a little confusing. I will keep trying for at least a few more days. This product is not what I was hoping for, I guess.
