Why didn’t I see the remote control or accessories when I opened the box?

Please check both ends of the packaging carefully. The remote and accessories are usually placed inside protective foam or on the sides of the box to prevent damage during transit.

Can this clock run entirely on batteries?

No. The clock requires a power connection to operate — it’s not powered solely by batteries. Please use the USB port and a 5V/2A power adapter for proper use.

Do I need to reset the clock after a power outage?

No. Simply install 2 AAA batteries in the battery compartment, and your time and date will be automatically retained even during a power interruption.

Does the night light have color-changing options?

Yes. The clock’s night light offers multi-color RGB lighting, allowing you to switch colors or set a soft ambient glow as you like.

What if I misplaced the manual or would like it in another language?

Please feel free to send us through Amazon message or email. We’ll quickly provide you with a digital copy of the user manual in your preferred language.
