Last year, I spent over $1600 dollars at the chiropractors, and only received temporary relief from my chronic neck and back pain. Using this heating wrap daily at bedtime, has become an absolute lifesaver for me. The wrap is soft and cozy, and nicely hugs my neck and upper back. It heats up quickly, and I like having the option of low, medium, or high. I mostly use the high setting. I find that the high heat is perfect for relaxing my tense neck muscles and eliminating the pain. I haven't been to the chiropractors since I starting using this wrap daily. Because most of my pain is stress/tension related, this heating wrap has proven to be the perfect solution for me.

I bought this for a family member who has neck and shoulder pain. If he is home, he is wearing it hence washability was an important bonus.His only complaint is the auto shut off but honestly, I consider that to be a safety feature and equally important. It heats well and love its. Overall, I would recommend this product.

I’m really enjoying my neck and shoulder heating pad. I’ve been diagnosed with degenerate arthritis in my neck; however, this heating pad helps relives a lot of tension from my neck and shoulders.

My upper back and neck are in terrible pain all the time. This heating pad hits both spots perfectly. It even has a snap in front to hold it in place. So far I am sooooo happy with this heating pad. I just hope it functions properly "forever."

For me work perfect. Is as big as advertice, the cord is long enough. The temperature is very good because you can change it at the temperature I want. To sleep with that is,amazing is thing and is soft.I really recommended. I try many in until now this is the best.

This heating pad lives up to all it claims. Its design is perfect for delivering heat to the neck and shoulders. The three levels of heat give me the option of how much heat I want to apply. It fits perfectly, remains snug because of the snap, and the plush cover is the most comfortable of any pad I have ever used. I have used it to treat what I think is a pinched nerve in my upper back that has caused significant pain. The pad has been very helpful in diminishing that pain. It delivers the heat right where I need it. I rated this product as a five-star purchase without hesitation, and I highly recommend it to anyone needing heat therapy for neck and/or shoulder pain.

Love this heating pad! It easily stays in place on my shoulders and heats up quickly. There is a specific difference between the low, med and high settings (a common complaint in reviews for other brands was that the settings all felt the same and the pads never got hot enough). The fabric is really soft and flexible with no lumpy feel from the heating elements. Super long cord is great. Very happy with this purchase.

I bought this after studying all the options at Amazon and felt confident that it would be the right thing for my terrible neck and shoulder pain. It simply does not heat adequately to make it worthy of its claims. I'm returning it and will keep on looking.

Believe me when I say it’s not worth buying... it worked good the first time using it, and now it barely heats up when you turn it on the highest level. Will be returning this item. Do not recommend at all
