10 Watt LED LAMP

I have been using/buying desk lamps for 40+ years. They're usually crap and look worse. Found this by reading reviews, and while I was somewhat skeptical deciding to go for it. Arrived today, and just a couple of "touches" by the company made me immediately want to post this review. First, the lamp looks pretty great -- MUCH better than most lamps I've seen at this price point and even much higher. Has a nice HEAVY base, so no worries about lamp tipping over -- but it's not so heavy to make it a chore to move the lamp. Lamp neck and head come as one unit, and base another, and it require one screw/washer to assemble. But this company is very consumer friendly -- they sent two screws -- so if you lose one or later the original gets worn, you have the right screw at hand -- AND they sent a small screwdriver, so I could easily aqssemble the lamp right out of the box -- that is a thoughfulness that is all too rare in internet commerce. So I applaud them. Lamp has four light settings -- the two that I will tend to use are "study" and "read" -- the two brighter levels. There is a USB outlet on the lamp which is a nice convenience. There is also a 60 min timer to turn the lamp off automatically -- good if you read in bed and tend to fall asleep, leaving the lamp on. This lamp, btw, will likely get reordered as a bedside reading lamp. There are a few minor things, that may or may not be dealbreakers for you: The plug is not a standard plug, and takes up more room on your outlet. Seems like the 110 has to be stepped down for the actual lamp? The head of lamp is NOT on a swivel, so you can only adjust angle of head in one direction. Not a big deal, but for some it might be. The main "design tweak" I'd ask for is the two "tightening levers" at base and head are a little small (and therefore have little leverage). If you have arthritis, I think this would be very difficult to adjust. I tried to reposition these where you could get a little more leverage on them, but they end up in same position. Again, for most people this would be a minor inconvenience at best, but if your hands are handicapped in any way, this might be problematic. For me, the only minor dislike is that the lamp is not quite as tall as I might like. I would love for the company to make a larger version of this lamp -- same design, bit scaled up a bit. A swivel head, and better tighteners would make this malp about perfect. I'd give it 4.5 stars, but added a half star for the thoughtful packing on an extra screw and small screwdriver. Lastly -- and I have mixed feelings about this The company offers a $10 gift card for a 5 star review. So I will say, in my case, that I will only use that rebate on further items from this company -- as opposed to a general reward. I understand from a small company's pov, they want to encourage positive reviews, and I give them points for trying. But I would encourage them to either offer the coupon only for their products (such that it's not quite so bribey) OR to offer it for ALL reviews whether or not positive or not -- but that probably would be exorbitant. All I can say, is I was already thinking about reviewing this item before I found the coupon, and while it is welcome (as I intend to get another lamp!) it did not influence the star rating or the overall review. Lastly, if I haven't been clear on this -- for the price this is truly a GREAT buy. So if you're on the fence, and want a modern looking desk lamp, that is functional, well-designed, and looks good, I think you'll be happy with this one

This is an awesome desk lamp. I got it via Amazon warehouse so the box was a bit banged up but that was to be expected since it wasn't sold as brand new. It is very light and took just a couple minutes to put together. It comes with a small screwdriver and two screws. You use one screw to screw on the base. The second screw it an extra in case you need it in the future. It has a timer so you can set it to turn off it you fall asleep with it on. There are variety of brightness levels which is really nice. It is plenty bright enough to serve as a desk or reading lamp. The base has a few touch buttons to adjust the brightness and set the timer. They all work well and require just a gentle touch to use. It would be nice if the power cord was a little longer and if the height could be adjusted. The top piece that contains the light can be moved around a bit but the overall height cannot. To compensate for that you may need to put it on books or a block of wood or something if you need to raise it up a bit. Overall, it is a great lamp. For somewhere between $20 and $30, it is a good deal, a better lamp than one that just has a light that goes on and off. If it had a longer cord and a height adjustment it would be perfect!

I bought this lamp as I needed some illumination in our hallway. The overhead light in that hallway is positioned in such a way that hit shines on our computer monitors, causing glare. This lamp tucks easily in a corner of the hallway. With the adjustable color settings, and movable head, it allows us to have a nice, soft back light for safety reasons, without causing any glare on our monitors. I really like the color tone setting; I was expecting to buy a lamp with standard brightness settings but the color tone helps a lot, so that you can set it to be softer out of the corner of your eye when it is dark out. Another thing I appreciate is that the power button has a soft orange glow when the lamp is off, making it easy to locate it in the dark in order to turn the lamp on. The orange glow is fairly tiny so is otherwise unobtrusive; I don't think it would keep you awake in a dark bedroom. My only concern is that the buttons are all touch buttons with painting on them; I imagine after a lot of use they may wear off. But given that this lamp is inexpensive, I don't think this is a major concern. I think this lamp is decent for bedrooms, desks, and if you need subtle safety lighting.

J'utilise ce produit à mon domicile, et cette lampe convient très bien à ma vue dès lors que je passe pas mal de temps à la rédaction de mes documents. En plus de son intensité variable, la couleur est également ajustable selon mes besoins: forte pour lire les détails ou bien plus chaude en cas de lecture prolongée, atténuant les effets de scintillement. Je recommande ce très bon produit pour son rapport qualité/prix.

La base metálica es muy fácil de montar y sujeta perfectamente incluso una lámpara de mayor tamaño y peso. Muy buena calidad de luz en todas sus modalidades incluida la intensidad de mayor a menor. Calidad/precio aceptables. Me gustaría que fuera un poco más alta de mástil por mi mesa de trabajo pero no importa. Ya no es sólo luz de trabajo, también es de fondo de iluminación de la estancia y con apagado automático. Muy satisfecho. Espero que dure.

After a lot of back and forth discussion with the logistic supplier responsible to deliver this item (Ninja van), I received the item with a damaged box. After assembling, the item has the electric cable missing. The product manual has no indication of what cable/connection is utilised (or font). Look for the information in the internet and also could not find.

Bought this after buying and trying other more expensive lamps. Nice bright light which comes with adjustable brightness levels. This lamp is perfect as a back light for my laptop whilst working from home during these dark winter days. Comes with 3 modes of lighting - reading, study and relax. Nice heavy study base & height and level are fully adjustable. Have bought another one for my wife as she liked it so much. The USB charger port is not great as it takes a long time to charge an item, but useful if required. The only downside is that the bulb is not replaceable but overall still worthy of 5 stars.
