This pencil first of all can be screwed up and down, and it is very soft. It is not a hard pencil and it does a perfect job of coloring the hairs of your eyebrows. You can go lightly or more in depth if you want and there’s a little brush on the other end that smooths out your hair. Your brows look very natural and the color is exceptional. My last one lasted a year so it’s a good value too. Highly recommended.

This product does a great job with defining the eyebrows and lasting most of the day. The odd thing about purchasing from this vendor is that it arrived not blister packed or with any kind of safety seal. For a cosmetic product used around the eye area this is unusual. I’ve previously bought this at at Walmart and it’s packaged. It applies easily and as you learn to use short strokes to mimic hair it looks very natural. The brush provided on the other end does a good job with blending the product.

Been wearing make up for over 30 years and this was the very first time an eyebrow pencil did what my sparse brows needed. First tried it about a year or two ago but it is getting harder and harder to find in stores. Now impossible. Hate ordering anything online but gave it a try. Arrived in a week, is as described and ordered, and works the way it always has but didn't like that it wasn't sealed. As for the product itself, feels soft and easy to apply. Light strokes actually look like strands of hair, not pencil marks. My adult daughter knows my struggles with this and often stares telling me if she didn't know me she'd think they were my "real eyebrows". Something to note though, because it is so soft, you do have to be careful to only expose what you need as you need it or it will break. Will be ordering several next time! Love this pencil!!

This is the perfect product for beginners, but be careful when using, because the tip is easy to break.

I wear Lancome on the regular but was in a rush before going out of town and my lancome order was not going to make it. I bought this on a whim to get me through and the color was perfect and it goes on so well!

A little darker and greater than expected. It also has more of an oily feel to it which makes me worried that it will come off throughout the day.

This isn't the first time I've ordered. I love it.

Love the quality, sometimes the actual product stick inside the pencil comes broken. Maybe it breaks in the shipping/handling but its never been a huge issue for me.

I'm not an expert with make-up, very clumsy actually. So this does a great job, very easy to use, give off decent amount of colour, stay on all day. The tip is angled, but not too thin, so quite forgiving.

Great so easy to use my eyebrows have faded and thinned im in my sixties and have spent money on other products that just take to much time to make my eyebrows look normal i read the reviews for this and gave it a go so glad i did so easy to apply and my eyebrows look a lot neater and fuller and a great price will definitely buy again highly recommend
