It works great. It's silent and looks good. I use it for my Hublot & Rolex.

Ordered this as a replacement for a cheaper model that did not work when I got it. It's a lot nicer. Worth the little bit of extra cost. Works great, and I like that you can turn the winders off separately. The pillows are actually spring loaded inside, which makes it easy to place the watch on them, and makes for a good snug fit. The cheaper one had pillows which were too small and left my watches flopping around and hitting each other. Yes there are much more expensive winders, but this one is great for what it cost.

I put a 5-star review for the features because it met every expectation I had for the product at the price. This is not to say it's the best on the market, BUT for the price – the craftsmanship, functionality, very quite, and very easy to use – I feel like I received a great bargain!

Out of the box this did not work. I am returning it at my expense and they will be sending me a replacement. Update: received the replacement within 3 days. No hassles about replacing the product. New one works great.

I bought this and had a similar problem as another reviewer. In the middle of a cycle the winder just stops! If you tap the box gently then it starts up again. It almost seemed like it was broken but perhaps it was a bad connection somewhere inside the box. Also, if I played with the power cord then it restarted. Even with that it did not keep my watches ticking. The only two upsides were 1) looks and feels like quality and 2) very quiet. Maybe it's too quiet, i.e., it's not working- if it were working it'll be loud. I returned it after a week of trying.

Works Well, the cloth covered "pillows" protect my (two tone gold and steel) Rolex and (two tone gold and steel also) Omega watches and the unit is compact. Great value for my money, compared to the nearly $300 I paid a local jeweler who sold me a Wolf single watch winder for my solid gold Rolex. I should have checked Amazon first because the same Wolf single watch winder (why did Wolf had to make the box so huge) sells for less than $150 on Amazon. But I felt obligated to buy from the jeweler because they adjusted my solid gold Rolex 40 mm watch for free. (I bought the watch in Dubai duty free.) This Versa Elite double watch winder is more elegant, compact and much cheaper than Wolf -- the model I bought was made in China. (I'm returning the Versa "tower" plastic pillow double watch winder -- the pillows are mostly plastic and offer no protection for the gold watch bands.

This looks so much nicer than I thought it would, even as a display only. I honestly thought this didn't work at first. I thought it would "spin" a few times an hour, but later realized that would be too much. It has a set time based on your tpd needs, which may just be once an hour. Once I realized that, I stuck with it, and have an Omega and Tag that I don't have to reset a date/time for anymore. So I just ordered another for my other Omega and Breitling. I may not be perfect on my tpd settings, but I maintain my pieces as you should. Wolf may be spectacular, but I only need this Versa to make my pieces look and function amazingly for when I need them for now.

After 6 months stop working. I would not recommend it to buy this winder.
