Love these!!
Been taking these Red Yeast Rice capsules for a few months now and I'm happy with them. They're easy to swallow and seem to be helping keep my cholesterol levels in check. Wow, very please with the results
Had gone to the doctor's back in January cholesterol was 274, LDL 176, triglycerides 92. Was told I would have to go on a statin or I could try Red Yeast Rice (2 caps) along with fish oil 1,000 and CoQ10 100mg. I said I would try Red Yeast Rice and in 3 months if no change in the cholesterol I'll go on a statin. Just got my blood work results back and after taking this product for 3 months my total cholesterol is now 235, LDL 142, triglycerides 61. I'm a person that enjoys my sweets (chocolate, cookies, cakes, ice cream) so I didn't make any changes in my diet. Each night I also have a cup of Pocas Organic Cholesterol tea. I'm going to continue with this product and see what my results are in another 3 months. The capsules are easy to swallow and no after taste. I would high recommend to give it a try.Update: Have been on this product for 9 months. July had blood work done again (with no changing in my diet) my cholesterol had gone from 235 to 254, LDL was 142 now 162, triglycerides were 61 now 76. I've been noticing lately that I'm experiencing hair thinning. Nothing has changed in my day to day routine that would cause hair loss. I think I will stop the Red Yeast Rice for now and see if there is a difference in my hair. Stay tuned.....
