A very tasty wheaty biscuit.
Another tasty Carrs biscuit. Perfect with any cheese. A little softer and more flaky than a standard water biscuit. A wheaty biscuit, containing wheat flour, wheatgerm and wheat bran, so it's definitely not suitable for a gluten free diet. Sugar is a little high at 7.4%, but OK as an occasional treat. Not as crisp and snappy as a water biscuit, with a softer texture, makes them particularly lovely with a hard cheese. They are delicious when combined with Comte. I do like a cheese and biscuit and these have now been added to my list of favourites. I hope you found this review helpful.
