Do these tea bags have any plastic in them..?

I hope not! I composted mine but haven't emptied the compost bin yet.

Some reviews have said they use fresh ground coffee in these filter bags, how many grams of Ground coffee can you fit in a bag?

I don’t weigh the coffee. I put a coffee scoop of fine ground coffee in each bag (which is the same amount I use for a regular mug of coffee).

I'm not quite sure what you mean, but no, they don't. But the string is long enough to drape on the outside of a mug without it falling back in to the tea.
