Grip: 3.5/5For the most part the Slidewinder fits in your had decently. However, due to the location of some of the points it is easy to feel it dig into your palm a little bit. In addition the usage of the slide mechanism forces you to place your thumb on the spine after opening the blade. This is not terribly uncomfortable it is just not always what I desire. Also the pocket clip does tend to dig a little bit if you angle it in your hand wrong.Carrying ability: 5/5The Slidewinder is a very small tool so it does not take up a significant amount of space or add weight. In addition, it also features a nice pocket clip which has allowed to to easily store in my coin pocket. If that does not work for you then there is always a small lanyard hole that can be utilized.One handed opening and closing: 5/5As the name implies this tool uses a slide mechanism in order to facilitate opening and closing.Blade changing ease: 5/5In order to change the blade on the Slidewinder you simply hold the locking button down and pull out the blade. Then you insert a new one.Blade Security: 4.5/5There is a slight wiggle that comes from shaking the Slidewinder but this is actually the slide mechanism rather than the blade.Lock Security: 4/5My only issue with the lock is that it is pretty easy to accidentally press the lock button during usage if you have your thumb anywhere but the top ridge. This is where your thumb is technically supposed to go, but occasionally I like to have mine on the side so I have run into this problem a few times.Affordability: 5/5At approximately ten dollars I find that this tool is a very appropriately priced item. It gives you a really solid tool that is easy to EDC for a very nice price.Highlights:The Outdoor Edge Slidewinder features not only a well designed utility blade holder but also a phillips and flat head driver as well as an integrated bottle opener. The slide mechanism is not perfect but it is effective and fun to use.Overall: 4.5/5

One of the best razor knife I've ever owned and I've got about 50!It's so light weight and comfortable that I can wear it when I have athletic shorts, go for a run, and I barely even notice. It's designed perfectly. It was designed to be very lightweight, though. So keep in mind the blade can be a little tricky to change, but by no means hard. Well worth it it's worth it for the price, size, grip, utility, etc. I use a bigger one for more dirty work, but unless I'm flying or in work meetings this thing is on my pants. It fits so comfortably on anything from athletic shorts to a utility belt I bought myself a spare lol. For the price you really can't go wrong.

Nice multi-tool, fair price. Like the different screwdriver ends and replaceable blades, sharp yo mu liking. Slim design, great to carry in your pocket, which is what I was looking for. But the blade slide is sticky and I was worried I would cut myself, since I do a lot of 1 handed cutting while holding boxes. Gave it to a friend.

Perfect little pocket tool. Blade is easy to use one handed and fits perfectly on a belt. Will update if anything changes.

Not blown away by this razor knife. I love the very slim design. Tucks in your pocket and you barely know it’s there. Color is cool. Easy to swap out blades. The thumb slider is just a tad bit awkward to extend. Retracting works fine. Design could be a little better though. This is definitely for lighter duty use, imo this would be best used for opening packages or slicing through thin plastic materials or tape. It is smaller and can be used for more precise cutting. I like the extras (screwdriver tips). The flathead tip works fine, the phillips head will probably only work In very minimum applications. I took a shot for $10. Not impressed by I would probably purchase again. If you aren’t looking for a heavy duty razor knife, but would like to keep a knife/multi tool on you, this would be fine for that.

Apart from this breaking only 2 weeks in, this has been perfect. It's super tiny but I love the razor's mechanism so much that I keep playing with it... I contacted for warranty a few days ago.. but no answer. Instead, I just opened it up with a precision torx and re-attached the spring.. easyThe screwdriver has come in handy once or twice and the bottle opener works just fine. Just make sure you're putting all the pressure on the metal side of this tool as the plastic will probably break.The blade has occasionally retracted on its own.. haven't really figured out if I touched the slide or if the locking mechanism isn't that great.Update (changing 4 to 5-star): about 1.5 weeks after sending a warranty request, they never responded to my e-mail.. I just got a new one in the mail unexpectedly. I don't know if my original was defective or if they upgraded this.. but the new locking mechanism holds firm. It won't slide in our out unless the button is pushed. This locking mechanism feels a lot more solid and the spring also has more tension.

This is a really small knife and it is extremely sharp! It is very versatile as it has a box opener, screwdriver and knife on it. I open lots of packages and it is really good for that. My hands are small so not a problem at how little it is, but if you have really large hands, it might be an issue! The blade locks in place and stays out until you push it back in. It also has a belt clip on it so if you need to have a box cutter all the time you can clip it on you. Be careful as it is easy to cut yourself with this knife as it is super super sharp. I recommend this knife!

Have had this in my keychain for about a year and a half and have zero complaints! The only thing that broke was the black part of the safety mechanism but still functions with no problems. Thinking of ordering another just to have because it has been super handy so many times!
