The printout is significantly fainter than the original drum.
The printout is significantly fainter than the original drum. We have been using the same product for the past few months. We first thought the faint output was due to our printer being old but then we just happened to have a new original drum from another printer. We tried that original drum on our current printer and the quality was spot on. So the only conclusion I can come to is the product is inferior in quality.

We ordered the pack of 2 because thought this was a good price, unfortunately only one of the drums worked in the printers ( tried it in both printers, with the same issue, would not allow printing, came up with drum error) So not very good value if only one works! Will not buy again

Easy install and well presented and effective
I liked this drum unit as the photosensitive coating looks like it is nice and thick to last the full 100% of its life. The excess toner store has a little silicone cap and the tank was empty. The printer accepted the part and it fitted perfectly. Will update if it doesnt do the full life. Happy to recommend the drum unit. Andrew

DOS MESES DURA
Pues eso. Este tambor dura dos meses. A los dos meses ya te dice que el tambor está agotado, haciendo un uso normal de la impresora, sin imprimir mucho. Cuando debería de durar tres cambios de toner. Resumiendo: un timo.
