The Included T8 screwdriver is defective. It is labeled T8 but is actually a standard Philip's tip. So this screwdriver wont set wont work on newer Xbox One S style controllers only the older style. Because of this im not able to complete my repair project and will ha e to buy another set from a different vendor.Also the quality of the drivers is very soft/rubbery. They tend to bend and stay bent without much force. They're fine to work on 1 or 2 controllers but dont use these if you need them to last for multiple.Also of note the holes on the t10 and t6 are more like indents. The screwdrivers dont seat fully down in the screw heads because of this. They will work but the chance of slipping out of the screw and or stripping the head are much higher.I didnt expect a lot for the price but I figured it would at least have the right tips. Honestly disappointed.

It works great as far as the specialized screws are concerned. The dust brush isn’t to great, but a nice lil added bonus in my opinion.(I recommend getting a can of air with the kit tho)The Xbox one S was actually very frustrating to get apart with the plastic they supplied, I kept feeling it was going to snap apart. The main reason I got this kit was for the special star screws.The blue guitar pick looking thing was useless to me. I’m not actually sure what you’re to do with it, maybe it’s good for other things, but not for opening my Xbox lol.Overall the kit worked, I was able to get it apart and dust my system.

I can't speak regarding the 1 star review for the PS4 controller. From my understanding the T6, T8 and T10 security screws are specific to Microsoft products, like the Xbox. So, if you have a PS4, you probably shouldn't buy this product. With that said, for the price this is an excellent kit, you have every size you need to disassemble an Xbox or an Xbox controller, the plastic lifters are also nice, helps to prevent scratches and makes it easier to take apart without worrying about pulling too hard. Would definitely recommend this kit.

Couple of the tools broke upon first use. None of them are very sturdy. The triangle spudgers don't snap when used, but they do get dented and warped when used on both a phone and a laptop screen, neither of which were adhered all that strongly...Kind of disappointed but thankfully I really only needed these a few times. Get something different if you intend to keep them for a long time or use them for something professional.

This tool set is very durable for last long times to fix my ps4, it is very sturdy and helping to which i can turn without hurting my wrist using it and the brush is in very good condition with helping dusting dust in small or large areas that you can't get to, VERY VERY GOOD!

The bag was sliced open and the tools were floating around in the shipping bag. The plastic tools have bite marks. I'm guessing the waste of life that previously owned this set has a severe case of ADHD and doesn't have enough brain cells to open a pouch like a human.I prefer items that are brand new, not sloppy seconds that would infect me with a disease. Amazon is getting worse with each order. It's becoming predictable. Returning.

My son has had an issue with his xbox 360 tray sticking, where you load the games. He nearly broke it using other objects to open it. I ordered this specifically for that purpose and it worked perfectly for what we needed it for!

Most of the kit is great. Unfortunately my t8 screwdriver barely had a hole in the tip for security screws, so I had to tilt the screwdriver drive them out. I was still able to open my xbone controller, but it was admittedly a frustrating process with the security screws.
