I refuse to wear gloves when I work out but pull ups were killing my hands. This powder worked great for my grip & was easy to get off my hands. Container is small enough & price was good. Will recommend to my friends who lift!!

This stuff is amazing! I go to crunch where they do not allow chalk. I tried this it is better than chalk grip wise in my opinion. There is virtually no mess. A small drop on one hand rubbed in was all I needed. I didn't it did not rub off on the bar its perfect

I love liquid chalk & needed a new brand. This one exceeded my expectations. Dries quickly & actually lasts through and entire deadlift set, kept my hands dry to help my grip. The pic is after 3 sets in my hot ass gym that refuses to have the a.c. on! If you are a bare hand lifter this is for sure worth it & is an American Co., big plus in my opinion.

clipped it onto my gym bag and super useful without the mess of typical chalk. smells clean too. easy to wash off when you're done with your work out. dries out your had properly so they don't slip on heavy lifts or pulls.
