We bought them to replace a few damaged panels on our ceiling. They match well with the old discontinued panels with subtle design. They are thin but look sturdy and easy to cut, resize and install. Wish they were a little less expensive so we could replace all our panels.

We were excited to get these tiles but turned out to be a bust. First how they were packaged and barely taped was the first problem and lies with GIGRWIIN. The 2nd and worst part of the problem was either shipping with FedEx or FedEx perhaps contracting with another party, but the tiles were damaged in both boxes. The worst box obviously came open and the tiles were run over by a hand truck (you could see the wheel marks), full of soot of some sort, black fingerprints, broken tiles, footprints. We could not believe if a box opened up and contents spilled someone would haphazardly seal the box back up for future delivery. Both boxes were returned. Not a good experience at all.

These tiles were great for the price. Easy to install and keep clean. Our old tiles were fiber and when they got dirty we had to spray paint over spots (color never matches exactly). I like that these are PVC and thus washable. We just installed them so will have to see how they hold up over the years. For now we are very happy with this product.

These are the best looking ceiling tiles I could find. I wanted a completely smooth look and don’t want to spend an arm and a leg. These are exactly what I was looking for. I left 4 out of 5 stars because there were some that had small marks that wouldn’t come off. We used these ones for edge pieces. They are super easy to cut and install. They are light weight and the winning factor is how they look.
