I've used a couple of unscented litters since I got my baby a few months back since I heard scented isn’t great for the kitty. But, the smell was always so gross and I felt like my baby didn’t wanna use the litter box because it got stinky even with 2x daily scooping. I gave this a try because of the great reviews and wow! I love it! The smell isn’t too intense and he doesn’t seem to mind it either. It clumps way better and works well with my stainless steel litter box. I like it!

Nice product and lighter in weight to handle than others. It doesn't clump into really solid 'cakes' - compared to other A&H litters but it doesn't track and has a nice odour that doesn't overpower but remains throughout the use. All the A&H litters are good - they just vary in weight and clumping textures. Recommend any and all of them.

I've tried tons of different brands of cat litter and always come back to this one. I wont use a different kind anymore. Your cat will still track litter a bit, but its far better than most brands. Odor control is great no issues there. They say 99% dust free but it's still dusty for sure, I think thats just the nature of clumping litter.

I have tried various Fresh Step litters and I have loved every single one. They last very long and have superior odour control, even their unscented litters!! Nothing else like this brand. With others, I eventually have to drown them with deodorizers (added costs). Not Fresh Step. It keeps controlling odours and the used litter remains cleaner than the rest, if you know what I mean. As for this Clean Paws, I don't find the particle size to be large. They're not sandlike but not large either. Just regular sized particles. Creates hard clumps and litter stays clean. This one can form hardened clumps at the bottom of the litter box that can be hard to get out and after weeks, can start to mush. Just FYI. If you are sick or dealing with health issues or disabilities which prevent you from cleaning every single day, this is something to keep in mind. If not, this is not something you'll ever have to find out. Just wanted to put it out there cause you never know who this might help. It's easy to clean though. You don't have to worry about dust with this brand.
