This banneton works fine. In additional to this banneton, we also have an 8.5 inch circular one from this vendor. The 8.5 inch one is more tightly constructed and has fewer seams. The 8.5 inch one is not currently available on Amazon, but I wish it were. We like the bundling of this vendor with the extra items they include with the basket.

I was afraid to purchase this due to the fact it might not clean up very well. Well I'm glad I did, this has brought my bread making skills up to another level. Flour it well and no stick and easy clean up.a

I used this basket and my bread rose beautifully and didn't stick. It feels well made, strong, and durable. The liner feels very strong and durable as well. The storage bags are a bonus and helpful. The scraper is fabulous to help move and mold the sourdough. With all the extras this has to offer it is very affordable
