Ideal after cateract removal for during day if needed. Not very good at night as moves when you move your head

These are great for protecting the eye overnight so there is no accidental rubbing, essential after cataract surgery and I have much preferred having it with the strap rather than being stuck to my face with tape. They don’t come threaded but it’s not a difficult task, took seconds to do.

start using it a week before you need it
This works fine once you figure it out. I decided to start wearing it to bed a week before I needed it so I had time to get used to it being there before it really mattered. I'm so glad I did. The first 2 nights it fell off in the middle of the night. The third night I got it right with the strap on the patch side over my ear, and the strap on the other side under my ear. It stayed just fine like that. It didn't bother me at all but still I'll be wearing it to bed till I'm done with it. Even though it is comfortable enough I want to be used to it when I really need it next week.
