Chocolate Dark Melting Wafers - 10oz

I needed this for my chocolate strawberry project and its smooth and has a Damn good taste! It is kinda thicker that the white chocolate wafers and melts well in the microwave w 10-30s intervals. Use an airtight container, baking soda, & paper towels. if you don’t want your berries to sweat, and let them come back to room temp bc the packaging I used was cute but my berries suffered from severe condensation. Overall I would definitely recommend! Best chocolate on a budget!

No pidan en época de calor. Qué bueno que es para derretir porque se derritió en el camino y llegaron hechos un bodoque de chocolate. Se tardaron tanto que llegaron en los peores días de calor.

Melted easily in the micro and very easy to dip cookies in. Hardened well. So much better than semisweet chips for melting.

These wafers are excellent for dipping candy. The taste is far better than almond bark. And, I love that I don't have to worry about tempering chocolate.I have probably used a dozen bags of this in the past year, mostly making caramels. I have only had one occasion where a few of my pieces had bloom on them (white streaks). And that was only on the last two pieces I dipped in my last batch! I'm not sure what I did that caused that.I prefer the taste of the dark wafers over the white. Also, the white takes much longer to set up.As you can see in my photos, I'm a little messy in my dipping. But it's very easy to trim off the excess to make your candy look good.
