Within a hour of taking one tablet, I had acute stomach cramps and I felt sick. This went on for hours duronhbtbe night and I was still unwell the next day. Did nothing to ease my heartburn either and just left me with a bitter taste in my mouth. I cannot recommend these at all I am afraid.

bought this product in Spain had terrible acid reflux. Pharmacy gave me this and worked a treat, now bought two bottles here in uk. Nice taste, easy to dissolve in mouth. Pricey but works and all natural product.

Il m'arrive d'être obligée de prendre des anti inflamatoires assez costauds pour problème de lombalgie. En même temps je dois avaler du pantoprazole pour éviter des douleurs estomacales très violentes. J'ai pris l'anti inflammatoire et à la place du pantoprazole, j'ai pris un de ces comprimés. Et bien, impeccable aucune douleur. Je suis vraiment contente car je ne suis plus obligée d'avaler 2 médicaments en même temps.
