The freshest Parmesan cheese I’ve ever had. Little bit small, but I can’t seem to find the big bulk sizes anymore.

As always, fresh and flavorful. Doesn’t clump up. I also use it in recipes where it blends in and melts. Four stars because I reserve five stars for the imported Parmesan that doesn’t contain cellulose that I normally use.

Best parm around
If you’re in a pinch and don’t have authentic parm around, this is the next best thing. It’s rich in flavor, fresh, and smells like cheese. It came sealed, and this is a big size for parm! The texture is nice and can be used on lots of different foods!
