Replacement worked!
I didnt see any replacement screen with the pre assembled bezel so I just went with this hoping that it would work, with the pre exisiting bezel cover.I followed this direction on youtube.[..]The hardest part if getting the glue heated up. I used the hairdryer even as I was pickin the glue pieces off the corners.once you remove the screen, you still have to pick and lift the lcd screen. PLEASEE take it nice and slow and make sure you heat the back part of the metal bracket that holds the lcd, many times. There are two strips of glue holding the lcd, and I was afraid to crack the lcd screen, but after heating and reheating and slowly prying off from the bottom, even with slight flex the lcd didnt crack(whew, hardest part) and I was able to replace the digitizer screen no prob.It would have been easier with insurance for me, 100$ but I saved alot of money and I was going to insure it anyways if i failed to do this and use it as a 2nd(broken screen) music player or something but it worked really well.I used super glue(not the tape provide), just get some glue on a piece of paper and apply it with the pick tool thaT the screen comes with to apply lightly on near the flat surface on top between the front camera and earpiece and on the sides of the bezel.I also ordered a case so that this wont happen again.heres my pic of fixed screen[..]on a scale of 1 to 10 it wold be a 7 just because you have to be careful in handling the fragile lcd screen.also when putting back the screen I had to make sure one of the secondary wire from the screen loop back into a hole so that it clips on back the the board. You see what I mean once you start putting back things together. And test it carefully before putting things back.

Works, but has its Flaws! Buyers beware!
So, firstly it works. I received the product well within the shipping estimate and it came well packaged. So kudos there. And it works and it is of nearly perfect quality.Nearly? Why so, you may ask. Well, there is ONE glaring error in what I received. There is NO circular hole cut out in the black coating for the Front facing camera. So, therefore, the front facing camera gets totally covered by the black coating. I noticed this after I finished installing it. Granted, I can still rectify it by just dissembling the motherboard without removing the whole screen, but it will look ugly, may damage the digitizer's glass surface and will probably not work well as I won't be able to remove the coating perfectly I guess. Plus, god knows what new errors will creep in after that (say dust on LCD etc.)Luckily I have an abundance of other devices that I can use to do video chatting with and anyway, I almost never use the FFC of my Dinc2, and now I will never be able to use it (as I don't want to ruin my perfect installation of the digitizer). The second error of the digitizer is far more forgivable. The area that goes directly above the Capacitive buttons has the 4 button symbols etched in the black coating on the digitizer. The original digitizer that shipped with the Verizon branding was transparent in that area so that the backlight of the buttons will illuminate it and therefore the buttons disappear when screen is off and the buttons rotate when the screen is rotated. Now, as the symbols are etched into the surface of the digitizer, the buttons don't rotate (that is definitely a negative) and the buttons don't disappear when the screen is off (either a positive or a negative, depends on how you look at it).Oh, by the way, I received the necessary tools along with the digitizer so that is a plus. But I don't think all are receiving them.Bottom line, the version of the digitizer I received effectively disabled my FFC! Fortunately I don't use it too much. Your mileage may vary since there are several sellers, they may have slightly different products. (I bought it from the seller Electromaster).

What are those other people talking about?!?! 5/2012
I read the other reviews and was very apprehensive about changing the screen myself... but I figured it is worth the try because the other way is too expensive. First, you need to have some dexterity or at least have enjoyed taking apart things as a kid to be able to do it- it is fairly complicated but possible (I did it, why can't you). Second, make sure you have a T5 screwdriver that is decent. I bought one from sears, (taskforce brand with replaceable heads)it worked fine. Also, you need a very tiny Philips head screw driver (Stanley 66-039 6-Piece Jewelers Precision Screwdriver Set by Stanley). When you set up, put it onto a paper towel so the little pieces of glass do not go everywhere, and have a small glass bowl to put the screws is. I used my wife's hair dryer on HOT, LOW - it worked fine. Follow the youtube video and you will be fine. Oh, and instead of buying a pry tool, i just used the flathead screwdrivers in the set GENTLY with a lot of heat. Also the 3M brand 2mm tape was important as the black tape around the screen/ lcd comes off and needs to be replaced. TIP: make sure you put the brown wire thing that come off the screen in the same spot so you have enough slack to connect on the other side.Good luck DIYers

Great product!
I ordered this part and recieved it in about 2 weeks. The kit included the digitizer, torx driver, philips head driver, plastic pry tool, and tape. The only complaint I have is the the tape cut-out they sent was for an Iphone 4 not an Incredible 2. We improvised and it turned out great! The digitizer was fairly easy to replace and fits great! The screen is very clear and works great! Overall I am very pleased with this product and would definately recommend it to anyone!

Would have been 5 if I knew to order a new LCD as well
Great piece, exactly the same as the one I was replacing (excet this one worked). However, if you are going to replace this piece yourself - go ahead and get the LCD too. You WILL end up bending / touching / damaging the LCD, so ahead and get the LCD and save yourself the hassle of having to order it after you've already broken your phone apart. With that said, I would recommend this piece (as long as you also get a new LCD).
