I am overwhelmed with the product quality. It is such a nice well built product which works with aptX Low Latency Codec. For those who don't know what it is please check this, https://www.aptx.com/aptx-low-latencyIt is necessary to transmit audio with great quality and low latency (means sometime you may have noticed that your BT headphone connected with regular laptop Bluetooth is delivering the sound with a lag i.e. the lip of the character is not syncing with the video which is annoying). Now this is not aptX HD compliant and you may not get anything right now in this small size.For those who are looking for just a BT adapter for file transfer then don't buy this since it is designed to process audio only not other things. Here are the Pros and Cons:Pros:1. Small and sleek form factor. Just connect it with PC/PS4/Mac, tap few seconds the button and keep your headphone in pairing mode and it is connected.2. Once connected, it is not dependent on the Computer for any software. Your PC will detect it as a USB audio device which is super cool. No more driver crash or anything that normally happens with basic dongles.3. If your headphone is aptX compatible then this dongle is a gem for you. You can not notice any tangible quality loss. It is just superb sounding, universal plug and play and almost zero latency so no lag.4. range is also great and a single wall in between is no problem what so ever.5. No connection drop or control loss. I am using Sony XB950B1 BT headphone and I can control volume, play-pause-next with this dongle. I think some lower spec headphone control may not work but I doubt it. So don't worry if you have a good quality headphone. It's a perfect match.6. Update: Warranty is available only if you register this in their website. So do register it after you get it to avail the warranty.Cons:1. Due to current BT technology, you can not listen and chat same time with this dongle with high quality audio. So can not be used for online gaming when you are talking to other players. However normal gaming audio is superb without voip support. If you configure this dongle for voip then the audio quality drops.This is not this dongle issue but the aptX support is not there right now for voip.Verdict:1. If you are using a good quality headphone with your android device and want to use it with your PS4, PC etc (please check the support list on the manufacturers website) then you cannot be disappointed at all. My headphone support aptx codec which is required for good quality wireless sound.This product comes with a class-A amplifier which means top quality sound. But for headphone its very important that your headphone support aptx codec for better sound quality.Pros-1. This product comes from International Brand so no quality compromise2. Very very easy to use. Just plug and wait 30sec for driver installation then pair your device. Done.3. Unplug and plug in different USB port without any issue. When you plug in different USB port it will install driver and ready in just 15secs.4. sound quality is just like wire-connection. You will not notice any lag or distortion even in full sound.5. They do support aptx headphones and almost 0 lagging in terms of sound... Depending on the distance between receiver and transmitter distance.But its best to use withinhl 5m of distance else you will hear some disturbance

I was wanting a USB connector for my Bose Soundlink Wireless headphones. Never found a suitable match.Then i came across Avantree and decided to take a chance on it. I must say 'Avantree' is a life saver bcoz it connects with my Bose headphones like a charm and the sound quality that i get from my Bose headphones is impeccable. Was looking for somrthing like this to come in the market since almost a year, now i found it n iam glad i did. Now watching movies on my PC or listening to music becomes so much better :)Thank you Avantree, keep up the good work.

Don't go by the Q&A for this product. I tried Connecting this to my Series X and QC35II, this doesn't connect. Though it says it is paired, you will not hear anything from your headsets. This I have confirmed today 02-Apr-2021. It is sad that a console in 2021 doesn't work with bluetooth headphones. I tried selecting the Audio output options, connected to my LG monitor which has USB, tried checking with settings from Xbox Accessories from Devices menu. Still the Avantree Leaf wont be detected. This needs drivers, even though the product page says no drivers needed.Cant rate for audio since I didn't use it to pair it to my mac, as I use AP Pro for that.

Good product but doesn't connect with sony 1000xm3 properly, the headset needs to be reset to reconnect to the device and its a never ending process.

The sound quality is awesome.the aptx feature really helps.I used it with my ps4.Gaming sound is very good but during simultaneous game and chat,the sound quality is considerably compromised.Still a very good product for those who play online occasionally

The Avantree Leaf DG50 does an amazing job of bluetooth to an audio/music headset. Correctly negotiates best protocol with 3 different headsets, everything from a Jabra business set to a Bang and Olfsen Beo H9. Fantastic audio quality with zero delay (protocol dependent) and great range, no problem walking in my kitchen 40 feet away. When I tried to use it as an everyday business voice/conference call headset (or as a gaming headset with Teamspeak or Discord) that is when it starts getting complicated; you have to manually hit the physical button twice on the adapter to switch from a "high quality music mode" to "standard voice mode". That experience is not great when I am working from home to have to grab my headset, answer the call in Skype (or whatever) and also remember to double click the button. When I contacted support, they were fantastic as well, gave me a few things to try and kept following up to make sure that I was happy. When we could not really make this round peg fit in the square hole, they actually invited me to test a new product coming out, the Leaf Pro (not available in the USA yet) and it in fact is outstanding at both voice and audio. So overall, I am very happy with Avantree as a company and the quality of the products, but you do need to understand what you intend to use each of these for.Avantree Leaf DG50: rock solid product, excellent range, only pairs directly with one device at a time (does not use OS bluetooth management), fantastic audio quality, fantastic low latency (can't tell difference to wired), ok for occasional call/voice, overall does its job flawlessly. Great for gaming/audio if you use an external mic (which a lot of serious gamers/streamers do).Avantree Leaf Pro: not available yet, not fully tested (will follow up when product is available officially) but looks like *the* bluetooth adapter for business home office use or heavy audio/voice gaming use if you want a wireless solution. Plugged in and worked perfectly out of the box.
