Good to help when you are run down

I brought these for my husband who suffers really badly with hay fever, to the point we felt limited being able to go out and about on high pollen count days as he would have a sneezing fit and get itchy sore eyes. Since using these tablets it has definitely helped, not completely stopped all symptoms but he could manage going out and about fine with limited sneezing. Happy we found this product as there isn’t many options out there for hayfever sufferers that actually work. This is definitely something we will be getting again when pollen count is high. Tablet size quite big in capsule form so I would say if you struggle taking tablets be aware.

I had been suffering with a cough since the end of November. Then over Christmas I came down with a cold on top and not wanting to be given antibiotics I decided to try a natural version instead. Within a few days I was feeling a lot better and after 4 days both the cold and cough we almost gone. I agree these are expensive for 20 capsules but you go and see your doctor and say he gives you 2 items that's going to cost you more than the £11 these cost. They are worth a try and at least you aren't having antibiotics to often.

Highly recommended as an immune support and to keep colds and flu at bay.

I think these are of exceptional quality but they are very expensive for what you get. If I take two a day it will only last 2 weeks - I don’t think anyone in their right mind would pay £30 a month for these supplements. Plus two of them were crushed because the outer packing was crushed although I’m not sure if that was amazons fault or the manufacturer.

I’ve been using these for a few years, I’m a mum of 6 and they bring all sorts in! I used to catch at least 3 colds a year from them. Since using these I’ve not had any! I only take one a day or every other day. I’ve recommend these to family who also swear by them.
